This is my second stay at this property. The first time was a year and a half ago. I decided to return because I had a favorable experience. This visit, however, the outside around the building as well as items in my room need attention. Chipped pain around the base boards. Shelves to serve purpose of end table unstable ( I refrained from placing anything on one because I was afraid it would fall off the wall), large piece on end of 'table' broken off. When I arrived, I was able to enter front door using the assigned code. However, it took 30 minutes and several text messages to get into my sleeping room. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean and I appreciated a nice hot shower. My recent experience left me disappointed. I don't plan to return.

The room was clean. The check in was odd because I needed a code to enter but didnā€™t have it so called a number and was transferred to someone in Arizona who told me I had to pay a deposit which I did then the owner sent me a code. I had to ask for the WiFi and then he sent me a link to a brochure that had the information which seemed rather after the fact. The other odd thing was there was no chair so I had to sit in the bed . Location was okay. I used to live in that neighborhood. But itā€™s directly across from a high school so traffic was difficult when kids were coming and going.

Property was very nice and Vince was very easy to work with. It's located in a nice neighborhood and restaurants within walking distance. Only downside to our stay is the parking. There were times that we had to park a couple of blocks away from the property.

This is an home share type stay. Overall, Iā€™m leaning away from this kind. There were limited towels, an early check out, etc. The property doesn't have air conditioning, which I may have overlooked in the listing. The owner communicated very well, it was easy to access, and very clean. Ultimately, it worked but wouldnā€™t stay again.

The hosts were super responsive when I inquired about a checking in a little early and later when I had trouble accessing my room. Great bed, clean room and shared living space, but definitely some furniture missing for comfortable sitting in both areas. Nice area with easy access to city amenities including the public pool across the street.

I only stayed here one night... my bad! How did I not find this place when I was initially looking!? Modern. Clean. Spacious. Quiet. Clean... yes, I know.... but my room was, the common areas were... you name it! The only dings I could give is 1. No AC.... I'm a constantly hot guy! Thermally! :) and 2. There was some dust on the blades of the fan. That's it! Vince was quick to get back to me when I had questions. Hands down one of the best places I've stayed in while travelling. Didn't explore much since I was there to see my son, BUT the coffee cart down the road across from the HS is excellent. If my son wasn't moving, this is where I'd be staying next time I came out.

The room was clean and the host was very prompt in answering questions and was very helpful. The parking is not an issue particular to only this property. Parking is an issue everywhere in Seattle. Although the property was clean and comfortable, It was not what I was expecting. I anticipated a hotel room and we did get a room, but the access code allowed us into both the building and our room. Upon entering the property, it felt like I stepped into someone's living room and our room was upstairs. Almost like a hostel except with a private bathroom. It wasn't bad, just awkward. However, for the price, it was a very clean, comfortable and safe stay.

The hotel and guest services were the worst interactions I have ever experienced. The customer service was unprofessional and poor. I booked my reservation through Expedia and had a bad experience. Pick a different hotel or accommodation if you need a place to stay in Seattle. The hotel is not willing to work with customers if concerns or issues arise (I had to speak with 3 staff, Vance/Vince, Olivia, and another person) to address issues from the reservation and no one was willing to assist). Pick a different accommodation if possible.
