Many things were inacceptable. Bad tv remote, decorative pillows only, very dirty bed spread, 11am checkout with no flexibility unless you want to pay more

We paid for 2 nights then they came banging on our door claiming angrily to us we didn't pay for the second night. They showed us a pice of paper to tell us we only paid one night. I told the guy when checking out we were staying both Saturday and Sunday. He was yhe one we already paid online and had us sign the piece of paper. It was entirely ugly experience . The sewer gas coming from toilet and no air conditioning and no proper amenities, no housekeeping, extremely tiny room, on top of all this they said an hour and a half before checkout time we had to pay 2nd night which was not correct. Our billing statement from expedia/Orbitz.com showed we paid for 2 nights. It was the worst experience ever along with Seattle downtown experience.

No ac just Walmart fans there was liquid on my bed cords coming out the walls back window was so dirty I couldn’t see out of it and waited 20 mins for Help and got the wrong room and had to ask for the one I ordered

We showed up to get our keys to the room we reserved but they were closed (never had the front desk be closed in other motels no matter what time we arrive) our flight arrived late but that has never been an issue before in other motels but it was in this one since the front desk was closed and had to sleep in our car that night.

I should have checked first but there was no AC just a fan. The room was small with a smell. The bed was not comfortable at all and there were people talking until 3 am and then started again at 6 am. We got no sleep.

Avoid!! Spies!!
Breath-takingly disgusting motel. Check in was weird, and the (no class) confused front desk were delusional about their own motel facts and law. They have cameras and watch you the second you check in and walk inside your duplex. There are cameras in and out if the rooms and watch and confront you if they want to. Beware! Degenerate, low class, family running this place. It was a real thrill seeing them All glare as I drove off. Maybe service would have been better if I was hiring a prostitute.. Avoid!!!!

Room and property were ok in many ways, but not in others. Location is in an area with limited sidewalks, with places to eat really close, extra caution required. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom recently renovated, but nowhere to hang clothes, no towel bars and no coffee supplied. A place for a decent night’s sleep.
