This was an older hotel---but clean. First night was a bit noisy, but tolerable. Rooms were cleaned daily ONLY if requested. Breakfast included was nice. Transportation to and from airport and cruise shuttle was great.

If you have a larger vehicle? Be sure to ask the front desk where you can park. It’s a little bit of a walk but worth it to not damage your truck. Room had a little bit of a musty odor. Very bleached on the first day.

Very friendly front desk staff. The hotel uses a shared shuttle from the airport so it doesn’t say Comfort Inn in big letters on its side. If you want to check in early, they charge $30 for it. If you want to drop off your bags before check in, they charge from $1-$3 per bag, depending on size. VERY limited food availability, drug stores, convenience stores within walking distance. Not close to downtown Seattle, the Needle, Pikes market, etc. $85 ride via Uber. Very clean room, super comfortable beds and pillows. If noisy neighbors, you’ll hear their steps, water pipes and luggage being moved. It’s an older building. Old style shower with single piece step in tub. Breakfast is basic powdered eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffins, fake OJ. Overall a good experience but maybe better in the area for same price.

Unhelpful front desk, not very clean, Parking is limited. We got stuck in elevator one day, as it got stuck between floors, management response was very rude, no apology. No room service, never advised that we have to ask for bedding etc changed otherwise 3rd day. You also pay higher per night cost also for all this. Would never return, please choose other hotels in the area, there are plenty of. Trip with family just returned.

We stayed here at the last minute, and if all you’re looking for is a safe place to lay your head, it’s fine. The hotel really needs some love from corporate - dingy walls and floors, chipping paint and elevators that take a while. The breakfast is free, but also not very good - on our day, most of the food options were empty, near-empty, or unavailable and the small dining room was overwhelmed by perhaps ten groups? There’s nothing in the area, especially after 8, but that’s common for all airports immediately around sea-tac. Most concerning was the staffing. During our checkout process, a customer with a Latin accent asked for help and was greeted with told that the clerk answered her question (he didn’t) but that she “might get a better answer if she spoke English”. Disappointing.

The ONLY thing I did not like was I could not reach anyone at the local property to get the shuttle from the airport. We had delays of several hours with flights. I was very tired and upset by the time we arrived at Sea-Tac, but could not reach anyone. I should think with all the emails I got there could have been a local contact included. I wound up paying $25 for a taxi to travel a short distance to get to the hotel at 2am with my 6 year old granddaughter, my only complaint.
