Not happy with van from airport!
When we stayed at the end of August. The van to the hotel from the airport took 1 1/2 hours to pick us up. On our stay on the 19th of September, we waited for the van from the airport to the hotel for over an hour! Then we took a cab that cost us $25.00!

Front staff were great! Breakfast staff not so much. They didn't really keep food and supplies stocked up and the dining area was dirty. They weren't friendly either. Room was fine. Elevator was down for a bit but fixed fairly quickly. Free airport shuttle was convenient. It was pretty easy to use public transportation from this hotel. There's a bus across the street and a train a short walk away.

Great hotel near SeaTac Airport
It was a one night stay but very friendly customer service. Even with the services that they offer like going to the SeaTac Airport and holding luggage until it is time to check in really helped.
