It was kind of hard to get to the hotel due to construction nearby. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We had the buffet breakfast which had a nice selection to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly.

We stayed here for three nights, the room itself was nice, a little cramped for a family of four but most our time was spent out of the room. Only one thing that was a little annoying, we did not have enough towels when we arrived and then again when the towels refreshed after the second night. Other than that it was a nice stay.

So we had a small problem where we requested for three straight days that our room be cleaned. 3 straight days we were told it would be and it wasn't. One front desk clerk saw this as unreasonable and worked to correct the situation, and I was later told by management he shouldn't have. I think there are alot of hard working people who are trying to build a fantastic place to stay.. unfortunately in my experience, the management is preventing this from happening.

Lots of construction around the building; it was noisy. Front desk staff not overly friendly, maybe they donā€™t have to be. I suppose itā€™s an expectation that I need to let go of. For what I paid it was mediocre. It was fine though, clean enough, safe.

We booked this location for two nights before a cruise. Our flight got in late and there was no complimentary hotel shuttle offered so we decided to take public transportation. This became complicated late at night with limited service. When we arrived at our hotel it was pretty obvious our reserved room was given to someone else as 3 beds (for our group of 5) were packed into a small room. Very inconvenient and odd. Price was high for an average to below average room. Location was fine but not great. Trash was surrounding the hotel outside. Breakfast was offered at an overpriced rate. Not many places to eat within half a mile. Would definitely not stay here again especially for the expensive price per night.
