Pros: Good location, staying here put us closer to our concert venue (Lumen Field). Heated rooftop pool also nice, Seattle weather permitting. Valet parking, which is vital since parking in Seattle for big events is virtually nonexistent, the venues often charge $50 for their garages. Room was clean. Cons: Staff werenā€™t responsive to issues we reported. Tried to order room service but room phone was out, we reported the outage to hotel staff but they never followed up or sent anyone to check the phone. Also, not enough bath towels in the room and small too, which is kinda weird for $1000/night hotel.

The Restaurant (Golf Finch) is incredible! Staff at this hotel from the minute you arrive are amazing. There is a rooftop pool on the 4th floor that has a wonderful view. Easy to walk to places and overall just a wonderful place to stay. Would highly recommend. Big thanks to Alex at Valet and Tate up at the pool bar. Excellent service.

Four seasons is always the perfect choice. Comfortable rooms, great food, fantastic staff and great amenities. This visit I had the MOST AMAZING massage!!! Hands down the best in years. Brittney is a phenomenal masseuse. I will def be going back to see her!
