Sell the room twice by giving my room to other customer. So I had to sleep on the floor with a blanket due to lack of bed. When it comes to compensation, they asked me to talk to Expedia. Their attitude was incredibly rude and I’m totally frustrated and annoyed… Hilton is not worth it… does anyone(Hilton and Expedia) even care what ever I leave comments here???

Great pool, close to home for a quick getaway with the hubby, but close enough if the kids call. Bar and restaurant onsite so we could stay and enjoy a romantic evening without needing to go anywhere else.

Last minute booking due to flight delay rebooking. Arrived at 3am. The shuttle arrived within 10 minutes and the driver was very kind and helpful. The front desk was also helpful getting us toothpaste/toothbrush due to not having our luggage. Only at the hotel for 3.5 hours however felt relaxed.

Our room was not ready when we arrived- no big deal. We went to the dining area for the breakfast buffet. The first plate I lifted had a large scab of crusty brown goo on the bottom as did three plates down. It was obvious that the plates had not been thoroughly washed. My husband went through the line a few minutes after me and had the same experience on a different plate stack. After going to the mall for a few hours, our room was still not ready. So the unhelpful front desk staff offered to “upgrade” our room for $35. The smell of body odor and dirty feet greeted us as we walked through the door. When we wanted to store things in the closet, the closet door and casing almost fell on top of us. The lock box did not work at all. We reported this to the front desk that night and on checkout. Again - no one seemed overly interested in our experience. We are not complainers as a rule, but this was not our usual Hilton experience.

Excellent experience from the driver of the shuttle bus to the restaurant staff and front desk clerks. Room was so comfortable and I loved my patio. I will request that room again in my next visit!

It's an okay place to stay! Younpay for the convenience of being by the airport and the 24 hrs shuttle services. Check in staff are a mix of friendly ones and condescending ones. Pool is fantastic. The food at the restaurant was ok ! The vibe and feel of the horel aside from the enteance is old and dark, good thing we had a patio to sit outside, the air-conditioning system was so loud we had hard ti.me falling asleep. Als, make sure you push the help buttom at the garage when you are visiting for dinner or visiting a guest at the hotel, orherwise its $40.00+ for parking. Unless you are a guest and parked overnight, then i think it's fair enough!!!

Overcrowded we scheduled to have a king bed and got stuck with two twins beds on my birthday. The hotel was disgusting it smelt terrible and was so dirty. The staff was overwhelmed and didn’t seem to care that we spent a ton of money on the room for the night and we’re getting gipped. It was too late in the night and we had drove 8plus hours so we were stuck staying there. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed. We drove across the country from Michigan and stayed in cheaper Inns that were half the price and 10x better. The most expensive hotel we paid for cause it was my birthday and it was a total crap hole.

After a cruise, we arrived at the hotel hours before our check in and they had the room ready for us. Which we were worried about dealing with all of our luggage for the day. We were also exhausted and the comfortable bed helped a lot. Everything was clean and the service was excellent.
