Great location and staff. We liked the Spencer restaurant inside the hotel and the easy to use airport shuttle. The only negative was that our room was noisy because of traffic noise. The woman at the lobby desk said we should request a room on the Garden side of the hotel. Good to know!

This hotel was right at the airport which is why we stayed there. They also had their own shuttle so you didnā€™t have to stop at multiple hotels to and from the airport. It took about 5 minutes to get to the airport and get back to the hotel.

Property is on older side and because it's associated to a convention center the rooms are quite far from the lobby/restaurant. I did appreciate the available parking and easy access.

Due to cancelled flights the front desk was overwhelmed and the staff was ill equipped to handle it. The irregular hours of the coffee kiosk didnā€™t help.
