My husband was rushed to an emergency room the night before our stay and as soon as we could contact the hotel we did, informing them that our trip had to be cancelled. The staff member was rude and combative when we asked if a manager was available. Never experienced such poor customer service at a Hyatt.

My stay in this hotel was great. The rooms are very spacious and extremely clean, which unfortunately is not the norm. Breakfast is included. Very happy with it.

The property is nice and clean. We are at the restaurant and some of the food was cold as it was served which was disappointing. Also the housekeeping staff use the two main elevators often taking up the entire elevator which was alittle annoying.
