Got to our room and the shower was dirty and had hair in the drain from the previous visitor. I asked housekeeping to clean the shower out when they were coming to clean the room. The removed the hair from the shower, but did not clean the room at all, and then they tracked dirt all throughout the room. I had towels on the ground by the shower and they stepped in the towels dirty shoes and they go wet from the shower and tracked dirt all through the bathroom and the room. I called the front desk and they said they would have someone come to clean it. I had to ask for a new room because I did not want to sit and wait for them to clean the room, I wanted to relax and lay down.

Average, but overpriced. The hotel does not offer (or had available) parking, so be prepared to park off-site and pay dearly if you have a car. Without in-and-out privileges, moving around could cost $100s per day. The check-in process was chaotic and the staff were not helpful. Tried to order room service, but the restaurant in the hotel only offers pick up. And the worst probably is the bathroom design, in which the sliding door leaves a gap when closed, and you could see someone showering from the hallway. In brief, poor design, expensive, unhelpful staff, no parking.
