We booked a king room months again, was given a twin room, they said the manager changed it to a twin as they were shortage of a king. The hair conditioner was topped up with body lotion instead, that actually ruined my stay, 2 faults with this booking meaning this hotel is NOT for us .

Beautiful Hotel; great location within walking distance of the Seattle waterfront and pike street market... Friendly staff; eager to assist in any way. Would definitely stay here again! Only thing was that the pictures for the King suite were deceiving as we booked it based on the idea that it had a separate area/bedroom but it did not. No divider between the king bed and queen pull out couch. Otherwise very very comfortable.

Wonderful hotel which is conveniently located for Downtown Seattle with helpful and friendly staff on hand. Thoroughly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay when visiting Seattle.
