A slice of Seattle life
This hotel is fantastic. You cannot beat the location. One block away from Pike Marketplace and a block away from the light rail line. It was like having our own little apartment in the city. Highly recommend. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Great location but loud
Great location but old school building that could use some refreshing. Didn’t really like the pull down window shades that didn’t fully co we the windows so a lot of city light coming in at night. Literally a block from pike place market so that’s cool but really loud city noise all night of course.

Our stay for my wife’s birthday was somewhat mediocre or lacking the pictures online lead to believe it’s nicer than to be expected. It isn’t a bad place but my wife was woken up a couple times throughout our stay due to the homeless outside in the alley yelling and screaming. Not their fault but obviously not ideal to say the least . I asked twice for house keeping and only got it once on our 4 night stay and even then it looked like a rushed job . What saves this place is the Kitchenette is nice and convenient and the fact that everything is local . Also their outdoor security where you input your code to get into the building we struggled all of our stay because the number 2 on the key pad is faulty and doesn’t work usually. So we had to try multiple times while being rained on with groceries or food , all while the front desk is just watching to see if you can get in . You would think they would help , would definitely come back to Seattle just not this place subar in my opinion wish I could get a refund

The room was excellent. Clean and we had everything we need. The elevator broke when we stayed there so had to use the stairs. It doesn’t bother us but am worried about disabled guests who booked the hotel. I didn’t get an email in advance that the elevator is not working. We would love to be informed in advance for future planning just in case one of us is disabled and can’t climb the stairs with suitcases behind us.

This location of this property is very convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, due to the age of the building, the facility of the property is not as good as I expected, especially the air conditioner. It makes a loud sound that made me hard to sleep. I like the kitchen in the room! Overall, 4-star!

We had a wonderful stay here! The only issue we had was that upon arrival we were told the elevator was down for maintenance for the remainder of our stay, I had received no email or call in advance to this issue. we had to take everything up 10 flights of stairs. they did have someone help at arrival. Better communication to the guests on there part was my only issue during my stay.
