We have been awoken overnight twice by trash trucks emptying dumpsters outside our window. At one point there was a loud broadcasted noise. Very disturbing. Also frustrated that we could not easily view live tv from common channels on the tv, i.e CNN.

You cannot beat the location of this hotel if you plan to visit Pike Place Market while in Seattle. We found it to be very convenient. The hotel and rooms were old and in need of updates.

The furniture and amenities seemed new but there was a foul stench that permeated the entire room for the extent of my stay. It could have been from some of the homeless individuals camped outside or a previous guest so I asked the property manager to have the room re-cleaned & bought air fresheners but nothing seemed to improve the smell. I would not recommend staying here.

Great hotel! Not a hotel, but a renovated apartment building. Lots of character. I was alone and felt completely safe. Lots of tourists out in the street. Was in my room at 9pm. Just a step outside the building, you can see Pikes Place. So close. 2 minute walk to the best waffles and clam chowder bread bowls I loved the room. It was like a small, updated apartment. The kitchen was my favorite. Oven, frig, microwave, coffee maker, dish towels, utensils, pots, pans, cute table with chairs, windows, etc. I especially liked the sink . Big and modern with cool drying rack shelving. I took a photo for the future, so I can do the same. Went to their gym on the bottom floor to lift weights in the morning. Huge area. TV was on so I watched the news/weather while I worked out. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! I stayed here the night before my cruise and walked to the Cruise Line in the morning. The walk took about 10 minutes or so.

It’s a quaint historic hotel that has been restored. It had a full kitchen and I had a view suite with recently added AC. I enjoyed my stay. The people were lovely and I had a wonderful time.

I paid extra for a city view. My view ended up being a building wall since they put me on the 1st floor. The location seemed great online, however there were literally DOZENS of homeless people doing drugs and passed out on the sidewalk in front of the building. I had my 12 year old with me and couldn’t believe they just let people do drugs and pass out on the sidewalks. There were homeless people sleeping in doorways of the property and in the alley next to the property. For $320 a night I could not believe my experience. Terrible.

Very nice and reasonable l, great location
Very easy check in and check out, nice room with great kitchen amenities. The street noise was drowned out by the air conditioner so I really enjoyed the stay. The bed was very comfortable as well. It was pretty low which might be an issue for some, but not for us.
