I don't know about other downtown hotels but this one was average at best, the rooms were nice but the mattress was very uncomfortable. Most importantly however they decided to charge what they said was a $20 destination fee, which I don't understand what else is a hotel but a destination. But then when they charged my credit card they actually charged all kinds of fees adding up to over $46 after I had already paid for the hotel. They claim it's all Hiltons so in my case I don't believe I'll ever stay at another Hilton again

Have stayed at this property multiple times for my annual trip to Seattle. Location is great for being close to downtown attractions, stadium and modes of transportation. My only real complaint is the elevators are way too slow to arrive. Found myself multiple times waiting 10 minutes to get from my floor to the lobby.

I checked in very late around midnight due to my flight got cancel. Asking if I can checkout around noon instead of 11am. The receptionist said no and told me I have to pay $50 if I want to check out at noon with emotionless face. Got into the room, AC is broken canā€™t even turn on. Called to request to changed the room. In short, I finally got into the bed around 1:30 am in the morning. Wonā€™t go back to this hotel again.

Only 2.5 blocks from the Westlake Station for light rail transit. I didn't need to use my car from the time I checked-in until the time I checked-out. Also, the ease of access from and to Interstate 5 made for an easy drive off I-5 and then back onto I-5 once my stay was complete. Finally, there were plenty of dining options within easy walking distance of the hotel. I will remember the Hotel Motif for future planning the next time I have an extended stay in downtown Seattle.
