We stayed a week before and had a much better room. That room had fairly recently had the carpet upgraded to wood floor. This room, along with what appears to be other areas of the hotel need an upgrade. This room also had a noisy ac unit and mold under the shower mat that was in the tub, which we notified the desk about upon checkout. Otherwise it served it's purpose for the right price.

For a non-smoking facility, the lobby smelled like smoke. The elevator floor and hallway floors need to be refurbished. However, the room we had looked to have had a fairly recent upgrade to it. The floor was hardwood-ish throughout, which helped the interior. The main interior lighting was very dim giving it a creepy feeling. But, overall the room was perfect for what we needed. There's a room that could totally be used for a small breakfast service, but it's not used for that. It's possible they don't have the back room space to do a breakfast, but the guest space for it is decent sized.

There was a very loud disturbance at 2AM. It was so loud, I initially thought it was in the hallway outside my room, but I eventually figured out it was in the parking lot. Looked out in time to see that the person causing the disturbance was being arrested. In the morning, I mentioned this to the front desk staff, asking if that was a normal or unusual occurrence and was given no answer.

Very pleasantly surprised by how clean my room was. The room maid definitely went above and beyond and she derserved the tips i left her. Other than that, its a very convenient area with lots of restaurants and convenoent stores nearby. Theres also a shuttle briging you to the airport starting 5am. There are vending machines as well as an ice dispenser, which I appareciated. The drinks vending machine was broken tho and i couldnt buy any drinks. But besides that, it's a lovely place i definitely recommend and i will definitely come back.

Carpet was very dirty. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. When I took my socks off they black on the bottom. The place is older needs some updating. Your rating was excellent. Very misleading.

Convenient to the airport, especially rental car return. Plenty of restaurants around. Room was very large. Bed was firm. Great for 1 night before the airport!

The reason I picked this hotel was that it was near the airport and had a shuttle service. Our flight was supposed to arrive at 9:30-ish but was about 40 mins late. We got to the pick up area and I called for the shuttle at 10:41 pm. It finally arrived at 11:15 pm!! This hotel is ONE MILE from the airport. Once we, and the van full of other guests, arrived at the hotel the staff was very efficient at getting rooms assigned but we still did not get to our room until nearly 11:45 pm. The hallways and rooms have a stale smell to them, as if they haven’t seen fresh air for decades. The rooms are clean to the eye but clearly it’s an older building. Had I known it was going to take so long for the shuttle, we would have gotten in line for a taxi. Also, their shuttle hours also do not coincide with our need to return to the airport so we will be arriving quite early and have to hang out at the airport for a couple extra hours. Had I not already booked this same hotel at a non-refundable rate for our return trip, I’d find someplace else to stay.
