This property is dirty, not taken care of at all, could not understand the front desk clerk. He tried to be polite. No food near by. Had coffee and tea but look dirty.

i checked in- entered room thru access door that was broken - room window was wide open & the room smelled musty- bed looked like it was just slept in & never washed- bathroom untidy & the whole place left me uneasy. i returned to the office & checked out. i expect to receive return/credit to my original card. a bad experience. Terrible! The only reason I stayed after getting there is because I had already paid in full! Otherwise I would have relocated somewhere else! I was there for eight nights. I had to request room service and room service only remade the bed. They didn't clean or vacuum or replace towels! What a nightmare! But if all of that isn't bad enough, there were countless children running and playing throughout the hotel. Inside and out as though they liked there! Keep in mind, I was at the hotel for eight days! It obviously was not a coincidence! It is something that is apparently common! Expedia Group should remove this hotel from there list! If What I have reported isn't enough, then Expedia Group is advised to investigate my claims.

Room was comfortable enough for one night, but be aware there is no elevator. Their airport shuttle has limited hours but the light rail stop is only a few blocks away so it is walkable if you are able.

Do not stay if there is another hotel.
It was very dated and dirty, bed sheets had stains on them we left after 1 hour. We took a loss on the other 2 days. We went and got a best Western. Pay the extra please. Keith Bosco.

First and foremost the pictures on the website do not reflect reality. The furniture is all scratched up. The bathtub is badly stained, the towels were clean but had holes in them. The tv only turns on when you push the bottom on the tv and same for turning it off which means the remote will not work for this feature and you have to get up out of the bed to turn off and on. The phones are all 1980’s I felt so dirty being there. I wanted to take a hot bath and there is no hot water only warm water and stays warm for 3 minutes then turns to cold water and the process goes back and forth. You get what you pay for and I got a cheap place to stay and it was horrible. I recommend you pay extra money on your self and feel good about where you’re staying.

An old and very worn facility near SeaTac with a free airport shuttle. 5 minute walk to the light rail or the free shuttle can drop there. Suited us for one night but would stay elsewhere for a longer stay. Sorry but can’t recommend this place.
