Surprised hotel was older and more rundown than expected from usual Sheraton standards. Problem with my original booking which took hours to resolve, booking not on system. Disappointing after 30 hours of travel to arrive with unconfirmed booking.

Here’s a review that highlights those missing essentials: Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I recently stayed at the Sheraton Hotel, and while the location and rooms were nice, I was disappointed to find several basic amenities missing. For the price, I expected items like a toothbrush, soap, and even a pair of flip-flops for the bathroom, but none of these were provided. I had to call down to the front desk to request these items, which is inconvenient, especially for a hotel of this caliber. It’s the little things that make a stay comfortable, and these small essentials should be a given. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely not up to the standard I was expecting from the Sheraton brand.

They gave us a $25.00 voucher to use at their onsite Starbucks or bar area, which was nice. The parking, however, was $60.00 a night, which seemed excessive, since the room was over $300.00 per night! We parked across the street in a parking garage for $20.00 a night.

Room service quality was low. The food quality and service was not satisfactory. The food came in boxes instead of what is the usual standard of service and as a result was soggy - in addition to being very expensive. Also I did not like the unexpected $25 daily service fee. They are trying to force the guest to buy things at the hotel with that.
