The wait staff, bell man, valet, housekeeping were all awesome. Room service was an issue, no cutlery arrived with the meal and when we called down they argued with us about the cutlery that it was there. It wasn’t! Someone finally brought some up but the food was cold by then. Had to call twice to get the tv to work and $65 a day for parking is ridiculous.

Couples anniversary getaway.
This is our 5th time staying here. We normally rate it very high. They dropped the ball on a few things this time which was disappointing. For the most part we enjoy this hotel, the staff and the location is great. The club Lounge is not worth it anymore. Used to be much better but very sparse on items the last couple times we’ve stayed there. Won’t bother with that again. We were there for our anniversary and they said they would drop something in the room but they didn’t. Not a big deal though. All in all it’s s sad till a nice hotel though.

Overall the staff was beyond terrible. Walking away while me and my daughter were asking a question. Full on just ignoring us and other clients. The security actually walked by us, we waited for him, he was talking on his phone once done just walked by. The elevators were down and they would not allow us to access the stairs and said they do not exist. The check in went just as bad, and they held the room so it was late. Overall its an expensive hotel but will 1 star service.

This is a nice clean hotel in a good area. There is a parking garage directly across the street or valet is available. There’s a Starbucks in the lobby as well as a wine bar and another restaurant (didn’t try that one). Cheesecake Factory is right across the street which is nice. We booked a double room and everything was clean, coffee was included and one bottle of water. There is a fridge as well as a safe in the room as well as lots of power outlets. We stayed for 2 nights and asked for housekeeping as we were a family of 4 but did not receive service. It would have been nice to have fresh towels but we made do. My biggest complaint is that because we booked through Expedia, free wifi was not included EVEN THOUGH WE PAID A RESORT FEE! This is completely insane in 2024. If you book directly through the hotel, you can access the wifi. I heard a number of guests complain about it to the desk but they didn’t change it for them. The resort fee is deducted if you spend money at one of their restaurants (including Starbucks) and it is $25/day so they are still getting your money! I would be fine with this if it included wifi but I would likely not stay here again because of it. Otherwise, it is a good hotel in a good location

The room was clean and spacious, and staff at every moment was attentive and courteous. Super location and I loved all the Chehuly glass and prints in the hotel.

Solid property in central Seattle. Just be warned about a particular street down to the famous market which should be avoided at all costs. Nice room and comfy beds. Disappointed as had to curtail stay by one night (of 3) and cancellation cost was equivalent to room charge. I found this unacceptable as some of the charge is a tourist tax which should not be applicable as we were leaving Seattle but management were unwilling to refund that element. Not a great way to imbue loyalty…
