This hotel is so nice, and you get a lot for the money. The staff is accommodating, and the cleanliness is wonderful! They have a great restaurant on the main floor and a really nice rooftop bar.

Really liked how close this was to Pikes Market but also easy to get to the Convention Center. It took a while to get my room but the staff was nice at check-in. I didn't end up getting my room cleaned. They said that it was done daily but never happened one day, the next day I was out all day but came back to change for a half hour and they wanted in then and said they couldn't come back. Not a huge deal, just odd. Waited downstairs for some time for someone to come to the bar for a coffee in the morning. Ended up giving up and going across the street to another place. So overall - check in staff - fabulous. Other services were a little off. But the room was huge, lovely, and I overall enjoyed staying and would recommend.

Rooms were just ok. First room we refused because our ā€œcity viewā€ was of a parking garage. Many homeless folks around and in front of hotel. Camping across the street. Open drug use outside lobby. Although close to Pike Place, I would not recommend this property. Do not feel it lived up to Hilton standards.

The Charter Hotel was in a prime location for access to Pike Pl and surrounding restaurants. Additionally, public transportation is nearby. The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The hotel staff seemed to be ok but not quite to the standard you would expect with Hilton. I had to spend 30 minutes sorting out the bill for 2 rooms and still, the charges were incorrect. I later followed up via phone and the man I spoke with was dismissive, rude and unapologetic despite the hotels error. The hotel is good for a night or two.

Perfect place!
From the moment we booked, we received a message from the manager letting us know they pur a high room request on our file. After we arrived, we were met with friendly and knowledgeable staff that provided us maps and directions to desired locations. We will be back to Seattle and this hotel will be on the short list of places to stay!
