Was here to celebrate my anniversary. The staff were very courteous. The room was amazing with breathtaking views of the water and skyline. Perfectly located where everything was in walking distance. The restaurant was excellent and the gentleman server was very pleasant. The concierge Miss Jennifer was an absolute angel who went above and beyond for my wife and I. Give her a raise along with the rest of the staff. Will definitely recommend this hotel and return again!

Overall the experience and service was good however the room we got was not updated. The wall paper was peeling , the bathroom rack had lots of rust, water pressure wasn’t good, and the tv would randomly turn on at night. Also the pool is small and shallow. Not very exciting. The gym is nice with good equipment. And the hotel overall is nice. It is quiet and has comfortable beds and sheets. The housekeeping does a good job. If you stay here I strongly recommend that you do not park your car in the hotel garage. The parking lot (adjacent) attached to the hotel is half the price.

Really enjoyed this hotel and will stay here anytime I'm in Seattle. Only complaint was the lack of ice machines but that is minor. Beautiful hotel with amazing views and bar.

A great stay at the Westin
Had a king room, paid extra for a “city view” room but still ended up on the 23rd floor, was hoping for a higher floor room (hotel has 40 floors). However we had a great stay at the Westin. Requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate our request. Settled into our room by 11:15 in the morning which was great after a longish flight from East Coast. Room was super sparkling clean and well kept, modern. We got a $25 room credit that we used for food, plus a $10 Uber credit that was especially appreciated since we used Uber multiple times while there. The hotel elevators were fine mostly although on our checkout it was an exceptionally long wait to get a car that wasn’t already full. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Good central location in the heart of Seattle.
