The DJ that should hang it up
Everything was great up until the DJ in the atrium on Saturday night. He was absolutely unfriendly and unapproachable. He has his hood on the entire time and at one point yelled at one of my friends to be quiet. It was 11:00 and he is playing music and she was singing. I would highly recommend the hotel rethinks his services. He brought our experience that night down considering she food, service, and drinks were stellar yet we almost went to our room because of him.

Great location for all things touristy! The staff was helpful and friendlyā€¦ fun environment at the bar downstairs. I had a Mountain View room and it was WORTH IT! Keep in mind, though, they will charge $30/night for whatever fee it isā€¦ however to offset the fee they offered us a daily $28 resort credit.

Fantastic weekend stay!
We had a great time at the W in Seattle. Everything from check-in to check-out was amazing, the bar was fun, in-room food service was spectacular. Location was perfect, it seemed that nearly everything we wanted to do or see was within walking distance. We especially loved Garrett from room service, who went out of his way for us a few times and was always cheerful! We hope to see him again on our future visits!

Issues at FD upon checkin due to booking with Expedia and unable to make changes between multiple rooms - inconvenient. TV didnā€™t get off the Marriott channel when trying to use the remote.

The room was very clean, quiet, and had a beautiful view. The area outside around the property wasnā€™t very clean or nice. Also when you put the deposit down for the room, they tell you that it take 5-10 business days to go back on your card. Itā€™s been 11 days and I still havenā€™t received mine yet.

The W is in a great location. We were able to walk to dinner and Lumen Field. The light rail was a few blocks away, which was nice for traveling to and from the hotel. The bar had a nice ambiance and there was a DJ on Saturday night, which made for a fun vibe. Everything was clean and the lobby had lemon water and coffee available, which was a nice touch.
