We loved our stay at Warwick and we are considering staying here again in the future with hopes that the hotel will work on upgrading their facilities. The location itself & the staff were fantastic. It would be much appreciated if the check in instructions upon arrival were clear. We weren’t informed that we can park in the unloading zone so that it would be convenient for the visitors especially for us that we have small kids & a multiple number of luggages. The parking lot is a jungle. Such a hassle to find a spot, always busy in there. Its kinda annoying that the parking building doesnt have an elevator. We have to take a flight of stairs & annoying to carry our heavy luggages with us & not to mention that there is a strong smell of pee. Very unpleasant. We loved that there is a pool & a tiny hot tub. Maintenance & facilities needs to be updated & looked after. The washroom ceiling is almost falling apart. There is no hot water shower. No exhaust fans. Please please pay attention & make improvements. Warwick hotel is almost a perfect place, it just needs a little more loving. Thank you.

Friendly front desk and super comfortable beds !
Stayed there due to its location to the Moore theater. Plus, I had stayed there before. The front desk staff super friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant staff could use some training. We waited for 15 mins before someone took our drink orders and there was no one in the bar or restaurant it was 4:30 pm on a Wednesday. The rooms are great the beds are so luxurious and lots of pillows ! The issue was that there was not a updated plug in it didn’t have a USB CHARGER plug-in :( thank goodness I did have a usb cube.

It’s a great location. The small balcony was amazing. The building was older. It was clean, but the age of the place showed. Older fixtures showing ware. The staff were amazing and kind. My reservation got a little messed up and the staff comped the parking. So that was a great compromise.

Mixed Experience at the Warwick Seattle Our stay at the Warwick Seattle had both highs and lows. The hotel has a classic charm, but it’s clear it hasn’t been updated in a while. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was pleasant enough. We had two adjacent rooms to accommodate our family. The first room was spacious, though the bathroom showed signs of wear—dingy caulking, dirty lights, and slow-draining water. The furniture and phones were outdated, and the water took a while to warm up. The second room had similar issues but was also plagued by a strong marijuana odor. Opening the balcony helped, but the smell lingered. We reported it to the front desk, but nothing was really done. The beds were very firm, bordering on uncomfortable. On the positive side, the location is great, within walking distance of Pike Place and other attractions. The pool and gym were well-maintained and seemed recently updated. Parking felt secure but was a bit tight. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it needs updates and attention to room maintenance to improve the guest experience.

We stayed 2 nights. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The hotel is old and showing its age, the rooms were not very cleaned they were dusty and the bathroom was still dirty, when the bed was made the second night all they did was pull up the covers and they missed the bottom sheet. They charge $6 for a bottle of water in the room. Parking is a rip off as well at $52 per night on top of the $250 a night charge. The only convenience it had was the walking distance to everything.

Second time staying here. A lot of really good food close by and a short walk to the water front and the Space Needle. The only issue is with the TV. We don’t usually watch cable and there is no schedule or title information. Watch bad television is a thing we do in the evenings and I wish I could see a schedule.
