Thin walls but close to airport
It was close to the airport which was the only plus to this. Pretty tired hotel and wasn’t overly clean. The walls were thin so you could hear the person next door as well as voices thru the vents. It was inexpensive so that probably reflects the sound proofness. I don’t think I’d stay here again.

I started my day at 1am, arriving at the hotel around 3pm, very tired. I unpacked and crawled into bed. I listened to the elephants in the room above me stomping from one side of the room to the other... at 6.30pm I went to the reception who offered me a different room and said that it was children making the noise, I assumed they would stop and could not be bothered to pack up all my stuff so I returned hoping that it would stop. At 9.30pm my husband went down again and we were given a new room, I went upstairs in my pajamas and went to sleep. At 9am we packed up the 1st room and moved everything to the 2nd room, only to find out we were charged for 2 rooms. I asked to speak to the manager, she was busy so I asked for her to be informed of the situation and contact me. Needless to say, nothing! Don't care so much about the money but to be charged for a room that could not be used in my opinion was wrong and to ignore my request for an explanation even more so. Hence my poor review.

When we checked in, we went into our room and it smelled like marijuana. When I looked at the screen, I also noticed that it did not have my name on it. We were given someone else’s room. I went downstairs to complain about the room to change for a different room. She helped another customer that was a points holder for the hotel and prioritize. Their customer service over mine because I booked through hotel.com a third-party. I felt like I was treated second class. Very disappointed in the customer service and how my room had to be exchanged due to be assigned to room was Not appropriate.
