We were disappointed to have the odor of smoke residue, but we understand that if other guests opt to disregard hotel policies, it may happen. On the positive side, all the staff were top rate, and extremely helpful.

This is ridiculous to charge a $15.95 for the parking at a Holiday Inn, I have booked over 20 times Holiday Inn and this is the first time being charged for a parking fee. Also, this place is so many people and the door of the room is not close enough to stop the noise. So loud to hear the children screaming and running.

The view!!! Amazing. Customer service was top notch. The young man was probably the most well spoken front desk staff I’ve encountered in the last ten years. I hope he gets this recognition. He is great at his job! The room is so new and updated. I found myself saying over and over this was clever. Look at this, wow they even thought about this etc. Room is clean, modern and FUNCTIONAL! The moment you walk in it smells clean, looks crisp and new. The bathrooms spacious and clean. Great products as well! Not some off brand that you’ve never heard of. Important to some. They provide small nook for your purse and directly across a full mini kitchenette. Microwave keurig and fridge. All tucked into a small alcove not taking up space on any counter. So clever! Then there is two long desks with hanger rods overhead for hanging up anything. Along with a big suitcase elevated section that easily fit our 3 suitcases. Then another long desk top area and this one not only had a rod to hang but also hooks for backpacks! So convenient and smart! Next to that is additional storage with a full size armoire and safe. I was completely impressed with this set up. All hotels need to follow suit. Beds are comfy, pool was warm and hot tub was actually hot. Not like others where it felt like bath water.
