Updated - Casita Tranquila in popular West Sedona

Nestled in a quiet neighborhood yet close to many restaurants, grocery stores, trail heads and bike/jeep rental locations. Very comfortable guest quarters in which to unwind after your day's activities. Full size refrigerator with cooking facilities so you can prepare your own food if you'd rather not eat out. Kitchen is equipped with basic dishes and cooking utensils. Several eateries are within a 5 minute walk. Multiple restaurants and 4 grocery stores within a 5 minute drive.

Your private entry is glass French doors at the end of the driveway. Entry door will have your private code so you won't have to keep track of keys.

Front patio area is available so you can enjoy hummingbird visitors and the gorgeous Sedona stars and sky.

Please park on the right side of the driveway

Cleaning is done using Norwex products - which are infused with silver - so surfaces are disinfected while they are cleaned. No chemical products are used. The mat inside the door catches toxins carried from outside. Air is filtered by Aerus Air Purifier which uses NASA Technology for eliminating toxins.

Great location & amenities!
We stayed for a few days and wanted something close to central Sedona for hiking and shopping. This place was perfect! In a quiet neighborhood with great amenities and everything we needed to get a good night’s rest, with a well stocked kitchenette to heat up any leftovers or make our own food, and a nice bathroom that suited our needs. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Cozy casita in a convenient location!
We loved our stay at Leslie's casita and it was exactly what we were looking for. The location is great- it is in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently close to a lot of trailheads, restuarants and grocery stores The casita had everything we meeded during our stay and it was very easy to cook or eat in. Leslie was incredible. My wife and I both felt like we were just back “home” for the weekend. Clean, cute, cozy. Leslie is a drug dealer with that welcome home fudge from town though. My goodness! When we come back her place is first on our list.

The casita was absolutely perfect! It has everything you need and is in a great location, close to everything. Leslie was a fabulous host- she gave me great recommendations during and prior to my stay. She even gave me two different directions from the Flagstaff airport which was helpful. Perfect location in West Sedona
This was the perfect place to stay- beautiful location, close distance to trailheads and restaurants. Leslie was a wonderful host- very sweet and provided everything we needed, right down to giving us a car scraper when we got an unexpected snow storm! The apartment was very clean and the perfect size for us. Would highly recommend staying here!

Pleasant home base for exploring a beautiful place
Nice, clean, up to date suite. Easy to find. Easy to park (and both of those are valuable in this community). King bed-also hard to find. Handy to grocery and a couple of good restaurants. Don’t expect a view from this property, but if you’ll be out and about on your Sedona days-this is a good spot to be.
