Great place to stay, dogs enjoyed the backyard and looking out the living room window. Nice that we could walk out the door and up the street to some great hiking trails. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this place and the host is very easy to work with.

Peters place is perfect!
We never know when to except when traveling with a toddler, but Peters place was perfect for us! Conveniently located within a block from trailheads made is so easy for us to hike and return home without parking, driving, etc. Works perfect for anyone with kids! The house was clean, stocked with cleaning supplies, extra toiletries if we forgot anything, an ample amount of blankets, towels, etc. We couldnt have asked for a better stay! We will definately be back to Sedona and highly recommend this place! Thanks Peter!

Hikers Dream in West Sedona
Super clean property with easy check in. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Property is as described. Only 5 houses away from Sugarloaf trail head at end of the street. Convenient location to several other popular trailheads. Groceries and great restaurants super close. The two person hot tub was appreciated after hiking all day. Perfect for us and our small dog
We loved staying here for a week! The location can’t be beat…a short walk to the trails in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is light and bright and the backyard was perfect for our small dog. The dog door was a huge bonus too. The beds are extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and had great water pressure! The kitchen, though small, is well stocked and perfect for a couple or small family. We appreciated the use of the laundry facilities as well as the covered parking. We will definitely be back to this wonderful, cozy home.

My husband, our two little dogs and I stayed here for 5 nights. The private back yard was my favorite thing of all! We used the two person hot tub twice and it felt amazing. We spent a lot of time on the covered back patio. The home is small and somewhat dated but it had everything we needed. The queen beds were comfortable. I was excited to find a box fan in the closet because we use one at home as a noisemaker to sleep. The bedrooms do not have TVs. There were extra linens and plenty of towels in the linen closet. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities including paper towels and plenty of trash bags. The fridge does not have an ice maker but there are two ice trays to make your own. The coffee pot was adequate but seemed slow to brew possibly because I’m spoiled to my Keurig though. We were still thankful to have our coffee every morning regardless! The bathroom is centrally located in the home. It has a standard sink, toilet and standup shower with an upgraded shower head. The water pressure is fantastic. I did see a hair dryer in the linen closet too. I also used the washer and dryer. It was so nice to have that amenity available. We were able to park under the carport and the outdoor lighting was great. There were many great places to eat, grocery stores and gas stations within a mile or two of the home. The walking trail is so close too! Peter leaves a detailed binder with all sorts of information on nearby places to go as well as instructions on how to use things in the home. Communication was easy and entry instructions are sent the day before arrival. There were zero bad surprises because everything really is exactly as advertised!
