Newly remodeled, this Sedona Hummingbird is situated in the popular West Sedona area. You will find yourself less than a mile from Highway 89A, offering a multitude of shopping, restaurants and activities. Area hiking/biking trails are close and the surrounding red rock views are gorgeous.

Offering 1,913 square feet, this one-level home has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.

Stepping through the front door will put you directly into the home's main great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining area —all with an open and bright ambiance.

Living Room: The living room is large and has contemporary furnishings, including a new queen sofa sleeper, and the many surrounding windows bring in natural light and peaceful views.

Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils your group's chef will need for those homemade snacks and meals. This area also offers several bar spaces that provide seating and are great for entertaining.

Dining area: Enjoy dining at the lovely wood table with cushion seating for six. The area also has a cozy sitting area and patio access.

Master Bedroom 1— King bed, Smart TV, dressing area with stand-up mirror, and patio access. The private bathroom has dual sinks, stone counters, lighted mirrors, and an oversized tile and glass shower.

Bedroom 2 — King bed and Smart TV; private access to the shared bathroom with a large glass/tile shower with four showerheads (two rain and two wall), two sinks and lighted mirrors.

Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds (can be put together for a king upon request and a $30 fee), Smart TV, and access to the shared bathroom.

Home Away From Home
The title of my review says it all. Hummingbird house was a nice home away from home vacation for us. The property was clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you could need to settle in comfortably. My only real complaint is that there was a lot of dog hair on the furniture and even blankets and towels. We knew that this property accommodated pets so we weren’t surprised, but at the same time we didn’t expect it to be so abundant. I will say, however, our daughter has a ton of allergies including dog, and she had minimal reaction to the presence of pet hair. Which leads me to believe that the home was thoroughly clean (pet hair is just difficult to get rid of sometimes) and the property manager likely considers each pet request carefully before approving which I appreciate. We have no problems staying again in the future because everything else about the home, amenities, and location was amazing! Also, be mindful of wildlife. We saw a cougar in the backyard, which was thrilling but also terrifying!

The place was very centrally located to grocery store, restaurants, and hiking trails. It was so nice to bbq in the back yard and relax in the jacuzzi after hiking. We had our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents. Everyone had thier own space, it was great. We will be coming back.

There were a few minor issues and one major. Kitchen well supplied but knives very dull. Difficult to get hot water to the guest/second bathroom. Hot Tub was difficult to maintain heat but this was corrected within a day. Drain in master bedroom shower very sluggish. Needs very comfortable. Overall had a very pleasant time.

Beautiful house located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. House was well appointed and stocked - from the kitchen to the laundry room to the bathrooms. They even provided guidebooks & a Red Rocks Pass that you could borrow. Beds were comfortable. We used the hot tub every day after hiking.

Wonderful stay in Beautiful Sedona
This property was great for our family of 7. One teen stayed in the living room on the sleep sofa and found it very comfortable. The furnishings and equipment were all modern and functioned well. We enjoyed the hot tub (in December). The location was great - less than 5 minutes from Safeway and other stores. We would defintely book this property again on our next visit to Sedona!

We got in late at night and felt safe in the neighborhood to do so. The property was well lit and inviting after a long day of travel. It was clean, cozy, easy to find. The property is close to lots of the trails and town, and I recommend having a car for ease. The inside and outside is relaxing and we enjoyed cooking meals together, listening to music and watching movies. Everything works! Hot tub, lights, all appliances, etc. Clean, new and works. One word of advice, if you like to cook and are a bit picky like me, bring your own stuff (knives, oils, spices, sugar, flour, etc.). The pantry has a basic spice rack, salt and pepper. There are plenty of stars at night to enjoy while sitting outside. But if you want to do any night time photography of stars, you can drive about 2 miles to a car friendly trail and set up there to avoid the light pollution. Highly recommend this home!

Lovely property very thoughtfully furnished and outfitted - quality mattresses, dishes, appliances, toiletries - the smaller things that actually make a big difference to a vacation. It is shown as being dog-friendly and it really is very welcoming with a special dog bowl and mat. Perfect space for a two couple 3 day getaway. We would return.

Family stayed for a week. House was very clean and exceeded expectations. Hot tub was great for the cooler evenings after long days of hiking. My only knock is I wish the neighbors would trim back two larger trees that blocked a beautiful view of the red rocks from the back yard.

House was well represented and the ceiling fans were very nice for sleep time. We found some funs board games to play, making a clue game night exhilarating! The house layout was impressive along with the little information brochures around the house. The hot tub was a nice added feature. We liked the water and ice feature on the refrigerator and made much use of it. We would stay here again. Location was perfect!

Beautiful house and nicely decorated. It was very spacious and comfortable for all five adults. The living room was large and had comfortable seating for everyone. The kitchen was also large and well stocked. The bedrooms were laid out well and the beds were very comfortable. The back yard was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub under the starts! It was so close to everything and easy to get around Sedona. We all loved staying here and would highly recommend if staying in Sedona.
