Expedia advertised as $287 CAD a night. Stayed for two night and final bill came to $1068 CAD. That’s a lot of hidden fees. Resort was okay. Two of 4 hot tubs didn’t work, card keys constantly failed, and upon check-in, they pushed hard to attend a session to sell time-shares for the Hilton. Overall, room was nice and other guests were friendly. Not worth $500 a night during off-season.

Very noisy room kept waking me up at night. The noise was from loud HVAC system. Every time it kicked on was was a very loud rumble. The second loud noise was from the refrigerator. The compressor must have been going out. Finally at midnight I unplugged the frig and that eliminated one of the loud noises. Long exhausting night.

The hot tub was broken in both parts and i found trash or a worm in one of the hot tubs. Also we only had 2 towels for showering. The staff was very nice.

Everything was perfect except the view...they gave us the worst view ever, the balcony looking directly to the parking lot....other than that, it's a great location and the services provided are excellent.

Great place to stay for long term stays or if you prefer to have a kitchen and a larger space for the price of a smaller boutique hotel. Several outdoor hot tubs/pools to choose from and a great location to take advantage of Sedona’s trails and town. Very happy with our week stay here!

As always with Hilton, front desk made the experience memorable. Front desk representative Venessa gave us a room occupied by other guests TWICE at check in. I had to leave teenagers by themselves with our suitcases and run back to the lobby with a toddler in tow to try and resolve TWICE. First time I came back she did not even believe me! She was extremely skeptical and said it was impossible and she would have to go check herself. OMG. Thankfully a couple walked in and complained their keys were not working, they were the residents of the room she gave us. Then she gave me keys to another room. Went back, the keys were not working. A maintenance guy showed up, opened the room with his key, and what do you know - someone's suitcases inside. Had to run back to the lobby again, where she claimed someone JUST moved into that room, what a lie! It was right next to the other room. We asked to take a photo of the keycard for our records, and she tore it up right in front of us. We asked for a manager, she said she was the manager (which she was not). This is after an 8 hour long trip to Sedona, what a start to our stay. I am still in shock from the whole experience. The only reason I am not giving this resort a 1 star is the property itself, which is actually quite nice and has convenient amenities. But would we ever come back? God no! Not here not any other Hilton. This is the third Hilton property we book, and the front desk rep is unprofessional and unpleasant. Never again.
