Terrible hotel.
Hotel is very mediocre, very cramp, no room to move around much. Advertising smart TV 73 inch but there is a small, not smart Tv. Bathroom design is terrible, there isn’t a single shelf or hook for toiletries, and no rack for towels in the bathroom. The shower recess has no barrier or even a cheap curtain, after a shower the whole bathroom and toilet are drenched. There is also fault advertisement for free Carpark. The hotel provides about 6 car spaces, and there never seems to have any available car parking space. We booked a room for 3 and we asked to have the sofa bed made up. Not only the sofa bed wasn’t made up, we have to ask the reception staff twice before someone ran around a long time to find us some sheets and a duvet. I would not recommend this hotel considering the poor service and the terrible room and bathroom design.

All very good except for two minor points. Restocking of the room consumables rather hit and miss. No English Breakfast teabags at breakfast, which otherwise was excellent.

Relatively new hotel a short walk from IKEA, other shopping, and a good garden centre. Most of the area is commercial with pleasant housing to the east of the commercial complex. Nice reception area / restaurant area and very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

De flesta av personalen är otrevliga okunniga, går därifrån utan att svara. Fick leta i över en timme för att hitta en P-plats och då går jag in och ber om tips vart man kan parkera annars så svarar han som jobbar i köket att det är okej att parkera precis utanför hotellet sen kommer en tjej från receptionen och säger nej du måste flytta på bilen direkt. Kuddarna var väldigt obekväma och badrummet var ofräsch.

Hotellet e jättebra, Maten i restaurangen en katastrof. Personalen e helt nyaanställda och tagna från något okänt begrepp. Vet ingenting om i stort sett ingenting. Menyen är lagd i gamla plastfickor som inte går att läsa. Husets vin är ättika.

Bodde i ekonomi rum med 140 säng . Det fanns 2 kuddar men bara 1 täcke. Har bott i liknande rum på andra hotell o det har alltid funnits 2 täcken då. Jättekallt på rummet och det gick inte att ändra på termostaten. Fin frukostbuffé. Lite personal. Tog tid att få hjälp.

Fint hotel men...
Dåligt med parkering, ingen elbilsladdning. På vårat rum hade de glömt tömma soporna och såg silverfisk. Fint hotel men sköts inte riktigt så bra som det borde. Kanon bra frukost, det enda som saknades där var väl vaken personal som hade koll på d som saknades tex tallrikar och städade platser att sitta på.
