Beach house Mare is located in a beautiful Seget Vranjica surrounded with beautiful beaches and lots of nature!
Mare is a beautiful beach house perfect for 2 people or small family up to 4 people.
The entire 500m2 large property is surrounded by a fence so you have very private plot. House has a room with double bed and a children's room with 1 bunk bed for 2 persons, bathroom, kitchen, living area and fantastic terrace with sea view.
Beach is meters away in front of the house; 5.
House has a beautiful and quiet location right on the beach with direct beach access.
The versatile coast with crystal clear water promises wonderful bathing. You have the choice between a gravel and artificially created bridge variations.
Dogs are welcome and will really enjoy it in a fenced garden.

You can improve sea view by only trimming 1.5m from top of garden bushes, it will be possible to look in to the sea and sunset from terrace.

Erwartungsgemäß
Für uns erwartungsgemäß ein toller Urlaub. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte man zwar hier und da etwas aufpimpen, aber wenn man wie wir, kein Luxusapartment erwartet, ist alles da um einen erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Lage ist sensationell, man ist sehr schnell in Trogir oder Split, der Garten groß genug das auch unser Hund ( deutsche Dogge ) sich sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Seget Vranjica selbst müsste man eigentlich nicht verlassen, im Ort bekommt man alles was man braucht. Sehr wichtig war während unserer 14 Tage die Klimaanlage! 😉 Die Vermieterin Diana spricht gut deutsch, ist sehr freundlich und immer um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wenn man keine allzu großen Erwartungen hat, ist dieses Objekt nur zu empfehlen! Alles in allem, reibungsloser Ablauf, toller Urlaub - wir kommen wieder. Annette, Achim und Aramis.

Verstecktes Juwel am Meer
Wir verbrachten zu zweit und einem Hund 10 Tage in Diana‘s Unterkunft. Unserem Hund hat es sehr gefallen da er über das ganze Gelände laufen kann ohne irgendwo raus zu kommen. Das Apartment von Diana ist wirklich ein verstecktes kleines Häuschen, das direkt am Meer angrenzt. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Zum Wasser hat man keine 10 Meter zum laufen, am Wasser sind überall kleine Stege wo man ins Wasser eintauchen kann und überall sind Treppen zum raus kommen. Am Haus draußen gibt es auch einen Außendusche, perfekt nach dem Baden. Der Außengrill ist das Highlight, er ist groß und hat viel Platz für viele verschieden Gerichte zum zubereiten. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir sehr zufrieden in dem Häuschen, wir können das Apartment von Diana nur empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Bewertung des Objektes und seiner Umgebung
Das Haus ist mehr oder weniger ein Bungalow, klein, abgewohnt, sehr spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ein regelrechtes Problem, da zu klein, keine Duschkabine, keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Utensilien. Das Bett ist durch seine schlechten und überalteten Lattenroste auch nicht das Beste. Die Küche ist sehr klein, lässt sich aber nicht ändern. Es ist darin aber alles vorhanden was man für den Urlaub braucht. Außerdem wäre eine Renovierung der Wände erforderlich. Wenn man keinerlei Ansprüche an eine Unterkunft stellt kann man das so akzeptieren. Die Außenanlage ist durch die große Terrasse und den direkten Strandzugang attraktiv. Man kann seinen Urlaub in Ruhe gestalten, kann grillen, wird von niemanden gestört. Man hat einen halbwegs schönen Blick auf das Meer, was ja auch nicht unwichtig ist. Der Strandabschnitt vor dem Bungalow ist auch schön, typisch für Kroatien. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, spricht deutsch und ist immer erreichbar. Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein erholsamer Urlaub mit Einschränkungen. Allerdings ist der Preis für eine Übernachtung zu hoch für den mangelnden Komfort, den der Bungalow bietet.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist wirklich super gewesen. Das Meer einmalig. Die ganze Gegend ist sehr schön und nicht so extrem mit Touris überlaufen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Meer direkt am Haus.....was will man mehr. Nicht weit von der Stadt Trogir....war wirklich ein schöner Urlaub. Haus hatte alles was man braucht uns hat nicht gefehlt.

Perfekte Lage
Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strandzugang. Das Haus selbst ist eher klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden. Einzig das Bad ist für meinen Geschmack nicht so optimal. Die Küche ist ebenfalls klein, jedoch sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der sehr nette Vermieter spricht perfektes deutsch, und ist sehr hilfsbereit.

erholsamer Sommerurlaub zu zweit
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer schönen touristischen Umgebung und hat eine ruhige und direkte Strandlage. Dabei ist das Grundstück wenig einsehbar, bietet viel Platz und verfügt über zwei schöne Terassen. Das Mobiliar ist nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand.

Klein aber fein - direkt in erster Reihe zum Meer
Das nette Häuschen ist zwar sehr klein, aber die Terrasse dafür riesenroß! Mit - inzwischen durch den Naturgarten leicht verwachsenem -Ausblick auf das blaue Meer und einem direkten Ausgang dahin! Einfach genial! Das war morgens nahc dem Aufwachen auch immer der erste Gang ins Meer! Vermieter sehr nett und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub, unsere Reisezeit war optimal gewählt.
Das kleine Ferienhaus ist einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht gut deutsch. Große Terrasse, Grillplatz und Nähe zum Strand sind optimal.

Die Unterkunft ist das Geld nicht Wert!
sehr sehr einfache Ausstattung, Stühle mit Kabelbinder zusammen gebunden, Sonnenliege durchgebrochen, Duschvorhang und Wände im Bad komplett verschimmelt, wir mussten vor Ort noch zusätzlich Reinigungsgebühren bezahlen, warum???? Als wir Vermieter auf die Mängel hinwiesen, sagte er, wir haben den Ausblick und die Lage bezahlt, nicht die Ausstattung! Die Lage ist gut, die Ausstattung schlecht, die Sauberkeit sehr schlecht und der Garten absolut ungepflegt. Es gibt wesentlich bessere Objekte im Umfeld für den gleichen Preis und gleiche Lage! Von uns nicht zu empfehlen!

Einfache Unterkunft in toller Lage direkt am Meer
Es handelt sich um ein einfaches Haus, das grundsätzlich alle Anforderungen erfüllt. Beide Terrassen (davon eine mit Grill) sind sehr gut nutzbar und ausreichend groß. Das Haus selbst ist einfach und besteht im wesentlichen aus einem großen Raum. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit Vorhängen vom Hauptraum getrennt, eine akustische Trennung existiert nicht. Es gibt zum Glück eine Klimaaanlage, welche gut funktioniert. Das Mobiliar und das Geschirr könnten durchaus erneuert werden.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse mit Meerblick, den Grill und den direkten Meerzugang haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Sehr nützlich ist auch die Außendusche um das Salzwasser abwaschen nach dem Baden im Meer. Danke hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit allen Infos versorgt. Die Kommunikation mit Diana war sehr unkompliziert. Nur zu empfehlen!

Kleines einfaches, aber gemütliches Häuschen direkt am Meer mit toller Terrasse
Kleines Häuschen mit grandioser Terrasse und eigenem direktem Meerzugang in einer sehr ruhigen, friedlichen und angenehmen Nachbarschaft! Wenig, kaum sichtbare Nachbarn, im Mai ist es wunderbar ruhig dort! Das Haus selbst ist relativ einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber! Kleine Küche mit allem, was man braucht. Wir hatten leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, die Heizung hat funktioniert :) Hätten die wunderbare große Terrasse mit dem tollen Blick, der Hauptaufenthaltsort des Häuschens, ansonsten bestimmt sehr gerne viel mehr genutzt! Taxiboot nach trogir möglich, ebenso aber auch wunderbar per Fuß entlang des Meeres zu wandern.

Zweckmäßig, sauber mit tollem Ausblick
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und fragt auch nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und einfach, aber sauber :-). Leider ist es aufgrund der fehlenden Türen zu den Schlafräumen sehr hellhörig. Wir haben abends und am Morgen das Essen auf der gemütlichen Terrasse mit Meerblick genossen.
