10 minutes from the town of Issoudun where you will find all amenities (shops, swimming pool, ice rink, cinema, train station...).

The pluses: above-ground swimming pool shared with the owners (unheated) 7.3 x 3.7 meters open from June to September, large shared ground with games for children (under development). On the ground floor: Large living room with kitchen open to the living room and the dining room, a utility room, toilets and a shower room.

On the 1st floor: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The landing with a convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 people.
