APARTMENT is beside the house and separated by a fence. Please do not disturb residents in home. PRIVATE - 700 SqFt - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment above garage. Ample parking. This newly remodeled apartment features a 36" x48" shower in the one bathroom. Hair dryer and towels provided. Refrigerator, Sink, Keurig Coffee Maker, Air Fryer, and small 2 seat Dining Table. Convection Microwave, Plates, Cups and Utensils provided. Washer and Dryer, King Bed in bedroom with 32" TV, Queen size hide-a-bed couch as well as a Sectional Couch, Desk with chair and a 75" TV. This unit is separated from other properties by a fence for privacy. The outside gravel area is used for storage. This unit is minutes from downtown Selah dining and entertainment and minutes from schools, pool, baseball and softball fields, golf courses and more. 5 minutes to Yakima.

The property was private, well maintained, well stocked, cute, close to restaurants. Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend.

Property is nice, clean. On a busy road, but bedroom is in a perfect spot. Would have been nice to have more flexibility for food prep. Seems like a new build, location.
