Beautiful farmhouse on an arable farm, perfect group get together. Ideal location for north/south meet ups. Sleeping 14 in 7 bedrooms (3 en-suites). 10 mins from M62 at Howden J37. York is half an hour. Direct trains to Howden.

Maintained to a high standard and complaint with current regulations. 3 en-suite bedrooms, 2 superking. 2 singles, 1 king and 3 doubles. Games room, fire pit, hot tub, table tennis table, huge garden, children’s outdoor toys. Tarmac and large grass area to play.

A perfect base for exploring the area. York is half an hour or hop on the train at nearby Howden. Direct trains to Hull and Leeds. Guests from London have caught the train to Howden.

We can help with celebration groups. I've a list of local suppliers who will cater at the house as well as group activities here.

If you are interested in a wedding do get in touch. We have a list of local suppliers for catering, tipis, toilets etc.

We are very spoilt for family days out too. Castle Howard, the railway museum and Yorkshire Wildlife Park are all favourites. Howden is 10 minutes away and has everything you need. Fantastic park, restaurants and bars. 2 dogs are welcome. Charges apply. We just ask they are not left unattended and to stay downstairs. Not in the bedrooms. There is also an outdoor run provided should you wish to use it.
