Worst Wyndham hotel in the world. Management is also the worst. I was turned down for 1 level free upgrade. Room is out of date. Construction outside rooms from 8am to 8 pm without any official notice to customers. It is so noisy. I want to speak to the top management couple of times to express my thoughts. But never get a chance,always being told manager was busy. Top management in this property probably does not care about your concern, only want your money from your pocket. I rate this property to be the worst Wyndham hotel in the world under the worst management. If you don’t believe, you can waste your money there.

Wonderful hotel, staff were extremely helpful, location is close to all the tourist attractions and walking distance to supermarkets and shopping areas. Food at the hotel restaurant was perfect. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast is great. They have a shuttle service which makes it easy to discover Kuta and Seminyak (more frequent pick ups and drop offs would be better). Grab service makes that irrelevant though.

Great resort, always clean. Breakfast daily was clean & had variety of food daily. Had to grab a driver to go into town such as Legian & Kuta. walking distance to Seminyak was around 15 - 20mins, but we walked alot so made no difference to us to go to Seminyak Central town..

Run down, terrible food, noisy rooms and way too far away from anything. Pool area could be better if they replaced all the loose and old wooden floors. Rooms have paper thin walls, noise of chairs being dragged across floors will drive you nuts . Building next door being built, hammering until late into night. Would never stay here again or recommend anyone does . Should be knocked down .

From the moment we arrived until our departure we had a great time. The staff have been welcoming in the beautiful Balinese way they are famous for. So hospitable warm and friendly. The food has been amazing in the restaurant onsite. We opted to have the daily breakfast and it was a task to decide on what to eat as there is such a variety and the best quality. the kitchen staff are amazing with the food that was produced. Without all the amazing staff it would not have been the same experience. Thankyou everyone at Ramada Seminyak for making our time in Bali memorable,see you next time. I stayed here for 6 nights. There was a mouse in my room the second night. The staff were very quick to respond. I slept in a different room that night and switched rooms the following day. The swimming pool is fantastic: great size and temperature. There are very limited loungers with cushions by poolside. Staff were very professional, and eager to help.
