It really was great value comfort. The pool was a feature, the mood was calming and the nasi goreng is the best anywhere. Neat, tidy if a little out of the way if you're looking for a quiet stay. Love you guys!

Second time staying here and once again did not disappoint. All staff are so caring, friendly and beautiful people. I must do a shout out to Wira, Adit,Yoga, Chelsea and all the others. Worst Wyndham hotel in the world. Management is also the worst. I was turned down for 1 level free upgrade. Room is out of date. Construction outside rooms from 8am to 8 pm without any official notice to customers. It is so noisy. I want to speak to the top management couple of times to express my thoughts. But never get a chance,always being told manager was busy. Top management in this property probably does not care about your concern, only want your money from your pocket. I rate this property to be the worst Wyndham hotel in the world under the worst management. If you don’t believe, you can waste your money there.

Wonderful hotel, staff were extremely helpful, location is close to all the tourist attractions and walking distance to supermarkets and shopping areas. Food at the hotel restaurant was perfect. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Food is good and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast is great. They have a shuttle service which makes it easy to discover Kuta and Seminyak (more frequent pick ups and drop offs would be better). Grab service makes that irrelevant though.
