This hotel is unsuitable for family. Open concept and layout is inconvenient for comfort stay with limited storage areas. Room is too dim. Staff are inflexible and rigid.

Hotel location is good, there is an Emart beside, gs25 a few steps away, and a supermarket just opposite the hotel. And short walking distance to reach Hongdae happening area as well as the metro station. Room size is ok for 2 pax and luggage can both open by some space adjustment. The only drawback of the room is the bathroom, it only came with a bathtub and you need to climb into the bathtub for a shower. And there is no shower curtain to block the water splashing out, whole bathroom will become wet area after a shower and this is very unsafe for old folks to climb in/out the bathtub in wet condition! Extra care has to be taken for shower! Other than that, the reception barely give us any greeting day in day out except for the day check in/out they “have the duty” to talk to us.. anyway, we are fine with that coz all we want is a good stay! Overall its good stay.

Excellent stay. Right in the heart of Hongdae and the hotel room itself was very comfortable and stylish. Freestanding bath with a view was a nice touch as well. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Hongdae.

Great location and hotel facilities. Cleaning can be improved, there are some dust at the corner of room. Hospitality of frontdesk staffs can be improved too. I felt not very welcome and friendly. Overall is a good hotel to stay.

For a solo person, I thought the room was spacious. I already knew what the room looked like but for people coming with friends, the bath is out in the open and the door to the wash closet and shower are a little opaque. It's a very classy, gentleman's club kind of style of room. I like that. You can have it cleaned everyday if you want. Even when I didn't have the door marker out, I was still asked if I wanted it cleaned. The front staff are generally okay if you have questions. They weren't overly friendly or anything. The one thing that did really bother me is the cafe on the second floor. I went there one night and it was 8:00 p.m. and there was only one table of people. It was just me and I was told I couldn't eat there because I needed a reservation. Like none of this had been told to me when I checked in and I thought it was really strange to even have a cafe and a hotel if you can't access it as a guest. Plus the breakfast is 15,000 won which is kind of expensive. So that was a real turn off and I even found it kind of rude and confusing. It's close to busses, but I only took the Metro which is maybe a 5-minute walk. You're really close to the open market which has food and shopping and clubs or bars and restaurants. One tip, if you need to take out more than 100,000 won you need to go to the bank ATMs. You're not going to get that much out of the convenience store ATMs or they might not work at all. I had to learn that on my own. Area was safe but so is most of Korea

Overall the stay was good. I would consider if we are to stay in Hong Dae again for our next trip. I think there should be a full-sized mirror in the room. Also, our room has a leakage near the washing basin but it was not too bad so we only informed the team but did not request for the change in room as we had already unpacked everything. It could be a bit loud on the weekend from car noise, but weekday was ok. Great walkable distance from Hongik University Station with elevator, 2 x Olive Young and Musinsa.

I was only here one night but overall very happy. The mattress was super comfortable, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and well equipped (a clothes iron would be nice). The windows were opened when I checked in and I was worried as it was quite loud, it’s a busy neighborhood, but once shut it was quiet. Lots of food options and convenience stores nearby and extremely easy transport to and from both Gimpo and incheon airports

What a wonderful hotel! So peaceful and relaxing with amazing rooms. The location is also wonderful as you are right in the middle of the action of the Hongdae district. The staff were very helpful and kind and breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for luxury that's affordable and easily commutable for those looking for a walkable city break.

The location of the hotel is good! There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. Staff were helpful and willing to help out as well. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. I dont think housekeeping checked the walls or surfaces of furnitures. There were dried boogers, tape, and acne patches on the walls near the bed and also in the bathroom when we checked in. Some of the towels we received were in poor quality as well, some had holes and stains on them. I expected a bit more from a boutique hotel but overall, it was in a good area.

The hotel was conveniently located within short walking distance from the bus stop. It is right by many delicious restaurants and coffee shops. Staff was friendly and check in was very simple and easy. The room was quite large. There was a little dust on the window blinds but it was manageable. The shower was nice and hot. The bath was deep but not long enough for those who are 175cm or taller. The air con is right above the bath so make sure to push up the vent so it does not give you a cold during your bath. Bath takes about 25 minutes to fill up just using hot water, if both faucets then maybe 18 mins. It is a good time for solo or couples. The hotel was nice and quite, you cannot hear the nightlife which is nice. We stayed 2 nights which was enough to do a lot of shopping and eating. I would recommend for short stay. Longer stay, you will need to buy amenities kit which is for sale in lobby front desk.
