It was so hot that I couldn’t sleep at all. Even if I set up the air conditionner temperature to 19 degrees,, the temperature didn’t go down from 21.5 degree. So I asked the front desk about this and he gave me a fan.

Comfortable hotel English speaking staff
This hotel is in a good location for restaurants and public transport around Seoul. The staff were very helpful and spoke English which was great as our Korean is very limited. The bed was huge and very soft. Room a decent size and excellent shower. The toilet bidet had translation for all the buttons. Over all very happy and would return.

Great choice
The location of the hotel is just perfect , within a 20-40 minutes walk from most of the great attractions of the city , the room was great , very clean and comfortable , a coffee shop at the lobby was a nice touch too and a super market next door was brilliant

Staff (specifically Nara) was very helpful! We checked into our first room but our A/C was not working (we stayed during the summer). Nara was very helpful and so apologetic about the non-working A/C, she gave us complimentary beverage coupons to the cafe in the lobby. Super considerate and accommodating. We will be staying again when in the Seoul area.
