It was very nice place. Great service and help at reception when you asked. Pretty good level of English communication. Only one thing I would change to make the stay more environmental friendly is supply of the shampoo/shower gel. It comes in mini containers and if you are staying for 2 weeks it is lot of plastic especially with humidity and frequent showers. So possibly installing bigger bottles would make it easier for cleaners and environment. Great swimming pool at the rooftop - possibly morning hours could be sooner so you can have swim before your day, and lovely little gym available is always a plus benefit. Def recommend this place, great location as well to travel anywhere even to airport etc.

Amazing service. The staff were super kind friendly and polite. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. It’s really value for money and the location is excellent with lots of yummy food and nice cafes nearby and the train station is within walking distance.

Seems like a hotel that was built with bigger visions, however, it looks unkept and drab. Large stains on some furniture, and bath tub had black gunk. The service was so-so, and not overly helpful. They management seems stingy, as when we asked for an additional towel or pillow, a deposit was repeatedly brought up.

Poor service. battery in remote is dead . I asked front desk for batteries, young guy ask me to bring him the remote. Poor management . They should have maintenance replace and not have guest bring the remote to front desk to replace battery . Safe was not reset and had no instructions.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Grammos. We had a family room for 10 nights and the room was super! It contained a mini pool and a private family sauna! The staff at the hotel were very helpful and added to the enjoyment of our holiday. A short walk to the subway, we managed to explore a huge area of Seoul. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Stay was good with helpful staff, great location in Gangnam. However the first night, I was bitten by bedbugs and had to request staff to change the bedding and clean the room. Besides this, stay was pleasant.

Location is great. Very easy to get to subway station, and there is an airport bus stop nearby which takes people straight to Incheon airport from Gangnam The bed is comfortable. Hotel provided all the amenities apart from toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, can use a bit of touch up across the room. Plug sockets are old fashioned Korean sockets. No USB port or universal socket. I sleep without any lights on, so when I turn off all the lights, there is a little screen with hotel info on the wall just keeps light and there is no button to shut it down. This is a bit frustrating after a long day of meetings, I just want to get some good quality sleep. Due to this particular issue, I probably will not choose this hotel again

For a hotel in this district of Seoul you really get your moneys worth. The hotel is less than 300 yds from Yeoksan Metro which makes getting about very easy. It is off a side road which makes initially a bit awkward to find but with Google Maps its ok. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. There is a 24 hr convenience store nearby and plenty of eateries and coffee shops. The pool area roof terrace is lovely especially after a long day sight seeing. Gangnam and the shopping dustrict is a short walk and lively of an evening and is perfect for all ages. Only one down side is there is limited view from the room and a steep hill when walking to it. But overall a good conveneient hotel.
