The rooms were very tired looking and the beds appeared to be so old as there was no cushioning which meant sleeping on them were difficult. The air-conditioning didn’t work which made the rooms very hot. Asked for a late checkout of 4 hours which we were happy to pay and were told that wasn’t possible so ended up paying 260000 won for another night. Good location close to train station but would recommend going alittle further.

Hotel is in a very convenient location for transportation, 5 minutes walking from train station connected to metro and airport. It is close to many restaurants or coffee bars. Rooms are a little bit small but clean and equipped with very funny escape way in case of fire... you need to use a steel rope anchored to a hook and get out of the window!!!! Luckily there was no need!

What I like about this hotel that the location is strategic. The building is connected to the Seoullo 7017 bridge (skygarden). Very close to KTX station, historical places, tourist spots and restaurants. Another good thing is that they allow us to store luggage before check-in time. They can arrange a taxi van to the airport for us. Must book at least 1 day before. Just pay cash or c/card (around GBP 50-60) to the driver directly. 3 passengers with 4 luggages. Don't forget the smiley housekeeping staffs 😊 They kept giving us clean towels and new water bottles every day even though I said I didn't need them. Well, I think they are obliged to do so.. never mind so, I just put it neatly aside. They are very polite 👌

I asked for help calling a taxi to go to the railroad station but they wouldn’t because it was too close. Maybe that is a taxi policy and not their fault, but I explained that my suitcase wheel had broken off and it was pouring rain. They could have been more helpful and try to find a solution with me.

The hotel must vacuum the floor because there are lots of hairs and dusts. Should look at the phone and then you will be able to find balls of dust.

Really good experience in the Hotel Manu, good customer service, excellent cleaning. Always a pleasure staying inside the hotel when its really hot outside. You have a lot of options if you like to use different subways. Nice view when you are walking on the seoullo bridge to go in or out from the Hotel. Really quiet and safe place during the night.

Once we figured it out, it was easy to get to. Google maps was a bit of a challenge. At Seoul station- There is a walking skyway if you walk through Lotteria grocery store that will take you over the traffic and get you there in 10 min.. it is safe and beautiful! If you go out of Seoul and walk down the steps you will have a bit of culture shock with a small tent city and some daytime drinkers- you have to walk past construction. Find the little police station and take the elevator up or the spiral stairs- it will get you to the skywalk. The hotel was fast and safe and the bar/restaurant has the best Korean chicken! The room could use a good dusting but was perfect for a family of 3.
