Amazing hotel and very convenient location.. close to metro and bus stations, also we can go to the airport with the limousine bus just outside the hotel Myedong-dong just 1 block away and they have their own duty free shopping mall. Thank you for an amazing experience in Seoul, eager to come back.

The room is clean and comfortable, though it is slightly old. The shower diverter is broken, and it seems to be left as broken for a long time. The room service is excellent. It is worth its price.

A beautiful hotel with the highest level of service. The staff made us feel welcome and special. I really appreciate being able to communicate in English, very talented staff! Enjoyed the indoor food court and shopping, especially in the hot July weather! It is on the pricey side, but I felt like a queen!
