Excellent location. Walkable to Myeongdong Night Market and subway Line 2. Right when you step out of the hotel, there are so many place to eat at. It was very convenient have a lobby entrance to a 7-11 and Starbucks. Clean rooms.

Hotel location was great right in the heart of Myeongdong and a short walk to bus and subway station. Room was a decent size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom and room (rug) floor were dated though. We took airport bus to the hotel and the drop off was only a few blocks away.

This was a perfect place to stay. It was right off the main roads, so it wasn’t loud, but it was convenient to all transportation and shopping. Room service cleaned the room every day and gave us complementary bottles of water. We were given umbrellas to borrow when it rained. The front desk was polite and patient and willing to converse in English to help us with any questions we had. If I was to go here again, I would have taken an Uber from the airport, Uber is super cheap. The bus was cheap and convenient too.

Property has non-refundable cancellation policy. If you have an emergency they won’t care at all, they will keep your money. Rooms were very small. Bathroom have no place where to put toiletries for two people. I will not stay in this property again and do not recommend it.

Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel in the heart of Myeongdong. Great access to restaurants, cafes, restaurants, and the night food market. Staff is accommodating. Held our luggage before check in and after checkout. Also offered free umbrellas during rainy days.

Great location/wonderful staff
Had a great experience with this hotel. The location is great—tons of shopping and dining immediately outside the hotel and a 24 hour 7/11 inside on the first floor. The staff were also polite and extremely helpful. I had an issue with customs and they went above and beyond by working on my behalf to arrange pick-up of my goods when I flew out. Really can't say enough nice things about them. The room itself was big, comfortable, cleaned daily. Will 100% come back to this hotel next time I go to Korea.

Conveniently located
There is ample space in the room and rooms are clean. More importantly, it is conveniently located near the shopping area, so you can easily go back to your rooms to recharge after all the shopping. Not to mention that the train station is within walking distance too.
