Good hotel in Gangnam. Excellent staff. Seems like a converted office building so the walls are thin. Our neighbors were no big problem butbif you ended up with loud folks next door and you were sensitive to noise I could see it as an issue. Highlight: Kyobo bookstore is right next door with a decent selection of English books.

My primary concern was parking, but they had space for a large car on the ground level as well as a mechanical parking system. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated the convenient location, close to subways, bus stations, and shopping areas. However, the room could use some updates. The wood floor had gaps, and the desk showed signs of water damage. My overall experence was pretty pleasant.

AC is not available all seasons, book with Caution
As soon as I checked in I noticed a sign on the counter stating they outright don't offer toothbrushes or toothpaste so you can go buy it yourself. Immediately felt a bit put lff by this even if I came prepared with my toiletries. Then as soon as I entered my room I noticed that the AC wasn't working. Button was there but only heater was working. When my mom called to ask about this, they simply stated they deactivate the option for their guests to turn on the AC during certain seasons of their visit so because it was in the 50-60F in early April, they deactivate the AC. We felt this was ridiculous but just stayed since we were only staying two days and also checked in so late the first night. Don't think we will be back, lots of ruckus outside due to proximity of the bars and we left the windows open to cool the room. Even if I saw an AC unit they took the remote to refrain from guests using. Won't be back.
