Peter was our most helpful desk manager all days of our stay. He gave us great food tips and led us nearby to the best Korean Fried chicken spot Kkanbu—which we had for a midnight snack daily. He was cheerful and friendly each morning we met and I would stay here again just to talk to Peter.
The location is very close to the Myeongdong Station and a 7 story Daiso. As it was fairly close to the night market there, the location is not the quietest even though we were near a top floor. Access to the suite was a little sketchy as it seems to be almost a different building with the entrance signage for “Leather Jacket” which was how the kids were spotting the entrance for the elevator to the rooms.
The spa room was super spacious with a big bathtub (which we didn’t use) in between two bedrooms. The beds were clean and comfortable. Closet space was a small builtin armoire. The three bed room was a little tight to access the closet. The kitchen had a washer but no dryer. A nice kitchen table was used nightly for the Fried chicken runs. Fridge was clean and large enough to stock several 2-liters of drinks and water bottles.
Because we had heavy rainy Summer weather a couple days we didn’t get a great chance to explore too far from our short stay. It did mean we spent more time up and down the market to. The subway being so close was convenient, but we managed to walk all the way up to the Palaces district and back to the hotel. Be sure to catch the Cathedral nearby.
