Great Stay Option for Ikseondong!
Stay and location were great. Amenities were complete (you have to try the Lab coffee!) Only 10-15 walk from 2 subway lines, subway elevator and the airport bus. They have luggage storage room and hassle-free check-in process. The Urbanstay chat was very responsive to our requests for cleaning, water and other questions. Our stay was quiet. The room we got was exactly for 2 and 2 luggages. The place was also near 2 palaces!

No fuss hotel
Great room in a no fuss building. Nothing fancy but clean and very comfortable. Not having staff made my check-in difficult - it could have been a whole lot clearer to me (and other travelers I met in the foyer who were also very confused) when rooms might be available for early check in (I arrived at 9am) and how to access the luggage storage. Having clearer details for non-Korean travelers would be good.

Good hotel but support for checking in was, meh...
The hotel was nice, clean, location was good, but we had to call in 4 times to get our "touch-less check in" information. It was quit frustrating until we got someone on the phone who would stay on until we got the information we needed. The first three seemed more interested in getting off the phone vs resolving our problem.

위치와 인테리어, 수압 모두 좋습니다.다만 찬장 문을 아무리 눌러도 열리지 않아서 그릇과 컵을 사용하지 못했어요. 건조한 편이라 습도 예민한 투숙객은 참고하면 좋을 것 같고요. 일회용수세미 처음 사용해봤는데 굉장히 청결하고 편하다고 생각합니다.

非接触型のアパート型ホテルで、過ごしやすかったです。日差しもとても明るいです。 洗濯機がついているのが決め手だったのですが、これは非常にうるさくて寝られず、洗濯をかけてから外出、一度帰ってきて乾燥機をかけて外出、という風に使ってました。とはいえ、寒くてたくさん洗濯物がでる季節には助かりました。 地図を見ると分かりにくくかなり大回りをしてしまいました。実は、イビスアンバサダーホテルの側から小道を通って行くことができます。重いスーツケースを抱えて迷いながら大回りしたので、あとでがっくりきました。治安は非常に良いとまでは言えないかなぁ。 工事中で一階にカフェを作っているところでした。完成したらまた雰囲気が変わると思います。

お部屋にリビングがあったのがすごく良かったです。お部屋もキレイで、ミニキッチンだけではなくセンスの良い食器までご用意されていて、とても便利でした。 近くには益善洞などの人気のエリアだけではなく、ローカルなコンビニ、換金所、食堂、汗蒸幕などもあり過ごしやすかったです。 私たちの帰国日にオープン（予定）の為、利用は出来ませんでしたが、カフェがホテル1階にあります。 お部屋のお掃除などは有料にはなるようですが、リクエストすると可能ですし、タオル交換などはリクエストすれば無料で交換してくださるようです。 事前にサイトを通じて、タオル交換の事などをホテル側とやり取りさせていただきました。その時もすぐにお返事をくださり安心して利用ができました。 床暖房がすごくきいており暖かかったですが、部屋によってはエアコンが効きにくい日がありました。もしかすると使い方が違っていたのかも？ 次もぜひ、利用したいです。 本当に良いステイとなりました^ ^

3泊しました。お願いすればできたのかもしれませんが、タオルの交換をして欲しかったです。。 しかし、コンビニもすぐ近くにあるし、お風呂場の水捌けも良く最高でした！お部屋もとても暖かいです。 また、近所でご飯やショッピングが出来てとても良かったです！おしゃれなカフェも多数ありました。渡韓4回目で初めての街でしたがとても満足です。
