Great Airport Proximity
Rooms are comfortable but in my opinion inconvenient to access. Rather than building up in a single building, the arrangement here is more bungalo-style, with multiple 'blocks' of three individual buildings, each housing about eight rooms. If you happen to be in the farthest removed of the three, you have to pass through two other buildings to reach yours, and amenities such as drinking water and ice are located in the middle building. Not very convenient. Room service for food is available until 12:30am but it's not a conducive layout for using Grab to deliver other food options since you'll have to leave not just your room but your building to go back to the reception building to meet your Grab delivery driver. The location close to the airport is hard to beat though, and if you have an early flight saving those extra few minutes of sleep may be worth the odd layout. Rooms are comfortable and they provide basic toiletries. Not a fan of the all-in-one body wash/shampoo/conditioner but that's a pretty small matter.

Good airport hotel experience
I arrived at 4,30 am. It says there is an airport shuttle but that only starts around 6 am. I took a taxi - go to the official taxi desk inside the airport close to the outside and the price is cheaper than whats offered outside. When I got to the hotel I was shown to my room- I was happy it was on ground level. I think maybe all rooms are on ground level. Good for me as I hate lifts. I got room service for lunch - fab chips and Caesar salad. I swam in the pool which is beautiful and warm enough for me to get in immediately. I took the airport shuttle back to the airport at 6pm. The bus runs maybe every two hours only but a taxi is not expensive. Even better - Grab. I recommend this hotel.

Pool is great. Staffs are super friendly and professional. Shuttle bus is on time. Unfortunately, the building where our room is located has a stinky smoke smell. I wish we were asked before assigning to a smoking building.

Transport information to and from airport not helpful. If I had been sent details of the shuttle service, at the time of booking as I requested in writing, it would have saved a great deal of time and money. The taxis overcharged both ways an exorbitant amount.

We enjoyed our quick stay here. The breakfast was pretty good with a ton of options. The pool is clean, well maintained and family friendly. The room was huge with 2 separate rooms with a couch and a table in one room and a room for the beds. The beds were comfy. Also, the spa was amazing. Excellent service there. My only real compliants would be that it took a long time to check in. Our flight was delayed and we arrived around 2-2:30am. There was only one clerk checking people in. We had to wait for around 20 minutes. With a tired 7-year-old, we were not happy. They did give us the latest check out available and didn't change us for it either. The other complaint was that they didn't confirm what terminal we were flying through and dropped us off at the wrong one. It took us a long time to transfer when it would have been a couple minute drive for the bus to drop us off at the right terminal. The location is extremely convenient to the airport so it's a really nice place for a quick stay. I would recommend this to friends.

The shuttle is very infrequent and despite me telling them my flight time 9:50pm they didn’t tell me that the last shuttle was 9:30pm. They actually told me to go to the shuttle location and wait. I was waiting for it for 45 minutes before I gave up although even if it was running its one every like 3hrs in the afternoon! Note the shuttle time table was sent the day after and was not available or easily available on the website!
