Mediterranean architecture deeply affected by modernism. Simple looks, elaborated details, courtyards and open atrium that allow breezes to fresh the house - surrounded by figs, palms, olives and lemon trees.
Located in an isolated private estate remotely close to Livadi settlement, and few meters from Avlomonas sandy beach.
The house is developed through an open atrium surrounded by the sitting room, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, the dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
You will find it delightful to take your breakfast or dinner in one of the three verandas.
Wake up and have your coffee in the backyard veranda viewing Hora - the traditional old town of Serifos.
In the afternoon, you can take your aperitif in the front veranda with sea view.
Ideal veranda though is the atrium, a retreat for relaxing moments from the hot sun and the wind. A house evoking family moments.

Perfect location in a lovely house
This home and property is simple and sophisticated at the same time - thoughtful and comfortable details in every part of the house, incredible views to the Hora, a lovely garden of flowers, palm and fruit trees and a brief walk across the road to beautiful swimming. Verandas and outdoor dining room to take in the fresh island breezes and listen to cicadas buzzing. The host was extremely kind and responsive. Perfect for a family of 4 - 6, we did not want to leave.
