This was an amazing hotel, as a family of kids and adults we all enjoyed ourselves. The Rixy kids club was amazing and offered a lot for the kids and the shuttle to land of legends was grate. I have been to other Rixos in Antalya and each one is different to one another all offer a grate experience

reception and guest relations are way below average level.. Sweets extremely terrible, food also not good ( even with a very little lunch or dinner you can feel like you will explode and have sleepless night ). Main staff is really good, quietness and beach&pool is nice to enjoy..

An another great experience from Rixos Special thanks for Verdi in customer relation, The stay overall was perfect, just my comment to Rixos regarding the front Desk team, it seems that have a limited experience, chrckin took so long, they didn’t explain anything about the stay, didn’t offer an upgrade even paid, same as checkout i asked for late checkout they answered no without even looking at the room number and the hotel wasn’t really full

RIXOS We expected More!
Overrated place: 1) lots of families with their children. 2) Food qnd sweets quality is below average. (Over crowded, low quality sushi. No quality sea food some cheap fish being served . 3) overwhelmed employees, ex: i asked for not adiding yogurt over the potato dish he was negotiating thet is a chef dish and he refused to do so. ( maybe i am allergic to milk, i flet anger inside him). 4) when we 1st entered our room we found two workers setting at the bathroom and drinking water and juce from the mini bar of the room. 5) food near swimming pool bar is unbeatable. 6) car left outside ubder the sun by the valet! 8)elevators are dated. 9)slow delivery when requesting something from room service can take 30 minutes. 10)Gym dont open early and close very earlier than usual. Good things : 1) Beach is nice and sandy 2) quick checkout. 3) bed and covers and coffe machine and tea at roam mini bar . Thanks

The hotel is i believe the newest addition the Rixos. Parts of the resort feels like Rixos and some parts still feels like the old hotel. Their rooms are a little on the older side and needs some improvements. But Overall it was an amazing stay for our family. The food,the facilities were amazing.! The staff were very courteous and helpful. You can tell they all have hospitality education by the way they act. Me and my family can’t wait to go back.
