Schöne Location, gute Lage, direkt beim Strand
Wir haben in der letzten April-Woche eine wunderbare Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Lage und Haus sind top. Da wir es nicht sahene der Hinweis, dass der Pool "nur" von Mitte Mai bis ca. Ende September bezeheizt ist. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Family Holiday in Sete
A lovely family holiday in a lovely villa. The villa is equipped to a very high spec and close to bars, and cafes. Some family members flew to Beziers direct from Manchester, Some from Gatwick and Heathrow to Marseilles. An excellent week.

Opportunity to spoil yourself
We spent a great week in Sete and had a great time. This is not like staying in a usual rental property, the feeling is more one of “House sitting” for a wealthy friend. This is a ‘5 star’ Villa and the owner has provided additional facilities such as bikes for all the family, including a tandem. The surrounding area has some great restaurants and a super safe and vey long beach all a stroll or cycle ride away. We were two couples and found ourselves having days at the villa so we could enjoy the luxury. The owner was on hand and very attentive making our stay one which we will repeat ..... if we can get in.

Beautiful, well equipped, modern villa in a perfect location
We spent a wonderful fortnight in this villa in Sete. We were met by the charming Jean Louis who explained how everything operated within the villa and also gave us lots of useful information about the area, restaurant recommendations etc. He also kindly left some local delicacies and wine for us to try, which was a thoughtful and welcome touch. There were five adults in the house most of the time we were there and there was more than enough room for us all. Despite being in France during August and some of the hottest weather of the year, we were always cool within the villa. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms kept the rooms cool, particularly when the shutters were drawn at night time. We made use of the bikes in the garage and cycled towards Cap d'Agde on the vehicle free esplanade directly in front of the villa. We also tried out the tandem bicycle which is harder to ride than you might think, but great fun! We visited Sete which was beautiful, but other than that, found it hard to tear ourselves away from the pool and the beach which is just beyond the gate at the bottom of the garden. No roads to cross between the villa and the beach make it a safe option for families with young children. We ate at a number of restaurants within a short stroll of the villa and would particularly recommend Le Cube and L'Essentiel for easy dining. We also made use of the local supermarkets and the excellently equipped kitchen at the villa and enjoyed a number of al fresco meals on the shady terrace by the pool. A memorable holiday for us and our 'twenty something' children. We will definitely return and would highly recommend this villa.

Exceptional villa in exceptional location
Villa excellently presented and comfortable. Stunning garden. The property has a lockable back gate which drops you onto the beach. Beach is safe with beautifully clear water, excellent sand and not crowded. Despite its close location to the beach, the property has excellent privacy. An excellent choice of beach cafes and dining. Also, the centre of Sete offers many additional resturants. Short walk to excellent local bakers with good supermarket at about 1 to 1.5 km. Also, continuing the walk to the bakers brings you to a bird reserve where you can enjoy the flamingos. Very easy road connection to Montpellier airport.

Superb location, house and owner!
Jean Louis was a fantastic host. He and his place exceeded all of our expectations. 4 big bedrooms, all high end finishes. The private pool was a big hit for the kids. The beach is clean, and family friendly. We were able to walk to eating options as well. Jean Louis offered recommendations to eat, maps of Sète, and gave us a thorough explanation of everything offered at the villa. The pictures do not do this place justice of how beautiful it is. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and slept very comfortable. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach front place in Sète.

A fabulous family holiday villa
We had a great holiday with the grandparents. Superb location right next to the beach. Beautiful villa, very well equipped. Modern and clean. Garden and pool area is spacious and perfect for all the family to enjoy. Didn't really want to go anywhere, as it was so relaxing! Owner was very helpful and friendly, and only 5 minutes away if we had a question. Thank you!

Pas de vraie climatisation et hôte très désagréable
La maison est uniquement dotée d’un système de refroidissement par le sol qui permet, au mieux, de gagner 4°C par rapport à la température extérieure (qui peut monter à plus de 33°C en été). Avec ce système, le sol se couvre d’eau en permanence par condensation ce qui est très gênant. Par ailleurs le système ne fonctionnant pas au début de notre séjour, le propriétaire a fait intervenir un technicien pour le rétablir. A la fin de notre séjour, il nous a réclamé le paiement de cette réparation alors que nous n’étions absolument pas responsables du problème. Nous avons évidemment refusé et il s’est alors montré extrêmement agressif et insultant. Il a fallu que le service client d’Abritel intervienne pour le faire renoncer. Nous avons l’habitude de louer des maisons qui sont conformes à leur description et dont les hôtes sont aimables et de bonne foi, ici nous n’avons pas eu cette chance.

Lage, Lage und nochmals Lage
Die Lage dieser Unterkunft ist einfach genial, alles (Strand, Restaurants, Einkauf usw) in Fussdistanz erreichbar. Sogar eine Busstation mit der man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum ist, ist praktisch vor der Haustüre. Klar an die Fussbodenkühlung muss man sich gewöhnen ist aber so wie beschrieben.

we had a fantastic week in the beach house with the beach in sight and a lovely swimming pool. everything you need is there and you can get fresh croissants every morning by bike. It is a quiet area yet 50 meters from the promenade and beach. An ideal place to be with friends and/or family.

Perfect resting days in Sete
Less than hundred steps from the sea, this stunning villa is a perfect base to discover Sete and area but also to chill with friends or family. Everybody will be pleased by privacy, details, comfort.…. The host is very welcoming. It could just be completed with a shower in the mastersuit bathroom, AC in the bedrooms and mosquitos-curtains when you sleep with open windows.

Diese wunderschöne Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht, die Lage direkt am Strand durch den Gartenzugang ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Fantastisch huis op een geweldige locatie.
In één woord fantastisch. Het huis, de locatie en niet te vergeten de verwelkoming door de eigenaar. Aan alles is gedacht: fietsen, speelgoed, ligbedden, alarm op het zwembad (wat rust geeft met kleine kinderen) en een fantastische uitgeruste keuken.
