After passing through the residence's electric gate, you will find a private parking space attached to the accommodation.

The apartment is located on the ground floor.

Upon entering, you will discover a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV, a sofa for 3 people, a coffee table, and storage spaces. The living room also features a dining table with chairs for 4 people.

The kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your guests: a refrigerator, induction hobs, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine, and a filter coffee machine, as well as many kitchen utensils.

To your left, a veranda with large bay windows is furnished with a convertible sofa, several chairs, a table, and plenty of beach toys ideal for children. The veranda provides access to a shaded outdoor terrace, perfect for relaxing in the evening after a day at the beach. Finally, a small gate located at the end of the terrace leads directly to the beach, just 150 meters from the residence.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a wall-mounted bedside table with a bedside lamp, a chair, and storage spaces. A fan is also provided for your comfort on warm summer nights.

The second bedroom has a single bed and storage spaces.

Lastly, there is a bathroom with a shower, sink, electric towel dryer, and toilet.

Access to the residence is through an electric gate, and a private parking space is available. The accommodation is located on the ground floor.

Key pickup at the Charles Osborn Concierge, located 500 meters just next to the Sète Town Hall annex.
The keys and the access instructions to the accommodation will be provided to you.
Check-in between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. (In case of arrival outside of these hours, the keys will be left for you in a code-locked box located at the concierge's office).

To guarantee you a quality stay, our team welcomes you to our premises at 22 corniche de Neuburg, 34200 Sète, to hand over the keys and explain how to access them. We are available throughout your stay to answer your questions and advise you. If you'd like a set of bed linen for added comfort, our laundry can provide a complete set, including bath sheets. (additional cost)

The accommodation is located a 3-minute walk from Corniche Beach. Place de la Corniche is less than a 5-minute walk away and offers a variety of shops, including bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, organic stores, wine shops, fishmongers, supermarkets, laundromats, and bicycle rentals.

Montpellier Airport and Montpellier Sud de France Station are a 50-minute drive away, while Sète Station is 20 minutes away in the summer. Airport or station transfers are available upon request (€30), as well as car rentals.

Bus stop on Boulevard Joliot Curie is 5 minutes away from the accommodation. Line 3 - Stop: Les Près Calards.

The rental includes cleaning fees, and key pickup is directly at the concierge's office between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Optional bed linen sets are available for €20 for the 140-sized bed and €10 for the 90-sized bed, or €30 for a set for 3 people. Additional bed linen sets are also available for €20 each. A mandatory deposit of €1,000 can be provided either as a check, which will be destroyed 14 days after departure, or as a bank guarantee (additional fees of 1.8% apply for this option).
A supplement of €25 will be payable for arrivals after 8 p.m.
