Welcome to George Town Villas Unit #113, located at the start of Seven Mile Beach on the beautiful island of Grand Cayman.  This is a real hidden gem on 7 mile beach!

George Town Villas consists of 54 oceanfront and ocean-view condominiums in a lush garden setting overlooking the beach, coral reefs and multi-colored blue and turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

George Town Villas Unit #113 is a stunningly decorated, ground floor, private corner unit with a garden and ocean views.  It is perfectly located on quiet and serene "Snooze Lane", yet just off of West Bay Road which is the main 7-mile beach road.  You can walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, supermarkets and activities.  The local bus service is convenient for getting around 7 Mile Beach and George Town.  For those wanting to fully explore the island and all Cayman has to offer, you can rent a car for part or all of your stay.

Accommodation:

The master bedroom is a spacious haven featuring a comfy new (10/2024) top-of-the-line Sealy Posturepedic mattress comfy king-size bed, beach and Caribbean sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers ample space with two new Sealy Posturepedic twin beds and its own attached guest bathroom.

A complimentary pack-n-play is also provided during your stay.   The condo can sleep up to 4 adults.

Fully Equipped:

Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances (10/2024) with breakfast bar and a living area that offers plenty of relaxing seating with a large screen, flat panel TV and ocean views. Enjoy the best snorkelling on 7 Mile Beach. The Wreck of the Gamma is a short swim from the condo. There are plentiful coral heads and an abundance of sea life!

Beach/pool lover?

Lounge on the uncrowded beach, head to our freshwater pool, or walk up the luxurious white-sand 7-mile beach. The beach by the condo is mostly sugar tan and white sand with some coral reefs and rocks washed ashore. Relax on one of several beach loungers while soaking in the view of passing boats and breathtaking sunsets.

Tennis/Pickleball anyone?

The Georgetown Villas tennis court is configured for both tennis and Pickle Ball, complimentary for our guests.

About the Neighborhood:
The condo complex includes a sparkling swimming pool, free parking, private tennis courts and BBQ/grills. You can walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, supermarkets and activities.

The local bus service is convenient for getting around 7 Mile Beach and George Town.  For those wanting to fully explore the island and all Cayman has to offer, you can rent a car for part or all of your stay.

Restaurants:

Kirk's (an excellent supermarket just a 10 min walk away), beer/wine/liquor stores, countless restaurants/cafes, Camana Bay and George Town (downtown). You can also visit the Cayman turtle farm, Rum Point and a visit to 'hell' and back (with a short/easy bus ride).

Water Sports:

The main attraction on the island is the water sports activities. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing, and jet skis. Snorkelling and diving on the island are considered to be some of the best in the world.
