Close to the owners' house, the large gîte, with independent access (entrance on the road side), located in the old village school, includes: a fitted kitchen, a living-dining room. Upstairs (access by a quick staircase), 1 bedroom (3 beds 90/190, possibility of twinning the beds), 2 adjoining bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140/190, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds 90/190. Shower room/WC.
  Outside: furnished areas at the edge of the pond, garden furniture, barbecue, swings for children. Indoor swimming pool, heated and shared between the owners and the gîte La Vaivre (pool closed from October 30 to April 1). Wifi Internet. Possibility of making the two gîtes communicating to make a large gîte for 9/10 people. Unfenced land. The owners' private fishing pond is at your disposal to enjoy the pleasure of fishing or simply admire the sunset.
