The Good Life is a 2 bedroom (the upstairs is an open loft bedroom with big picture windows. No Door) 2 full bath cabin with great views and just the right size for a cozy getaway or a family retreat.

The cabin has 2 King Size Beds with New Memory Foam mattresses, and a Queen Sleeper Sofa so the cabin will accommodate up to 6 people. Enjoy the loft for a foosball or sneak to the large wrap around porch for a dip in the hot tub with a great view of Bluff Mountain. The cabin sits all alone in the woods off of easy to navigate roads just minutes from Pigeon Forge. 4 miles from light number 3.

- We are readily available via the VRBO app or email Monday-Sunday and will respond quickly during business hours!
- Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.
- All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian
- Absolutely No Pets or animals of any kind! Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet.
- If you bring more humans than reflected on your reservation you will automatically be charged $100 per human
- Maintenance is not available during your stay unless it's an emergency. If something is broken it's because the previous guest didn't tell us. If you see something, say something.
- No smoking of any kind. $100 fine
- No fires of any kind including candles. $100 fine
- Quiet-time is after 9:30 pm. If you are a night owl this property is not for you
- By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the attached Rental Agreement
- No late check-out or early check-in. If a guest does not vacate the property by 11AM EST on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
- Fireplace is in service October 1 - April 1
- We do not allow more than 4 people for one night

Items Left Behind:
There will be a $50 shipping and handling fee per item for any item left behind that you wish to be returned. We will provide a tracking number within 3 days of receipt of the fee.

Beautiful cabin in the woods!
Our stay at the cabin was wonderful! Everything from accuracy of the Listing, communication, cleanliness and amenities. Being in the heart of the mountains you miss out on sunrises and sunsets, but the view was still very pretty! Kids and family loved the hot tub, games and foosball table! All the roads through the smokies are very winding but this was easy to get to in regards to location. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Cozy Clean Cabin with Good Privacy
We loved staying in this cute little cabin during our trip to the Smokies. We appreciated all the amenities and really enjoyed the wrap-around porch with hot tub! We were interested to spend more time in the Smoky Mountains than in nearby places like Pigeon Forge so most days we ended up getting in the car for ~30 minutes (one way) in order to head over to the mountains for hiking, etc.

Charming Cabin Retreat
Loved our stay at this mountain cabin. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The hosts were very communicative. Will definitely book this cabin again. Oh and the retro video game table was a blast😁

Great little get away!
The Good Life was a wonderful weekend get away for our family. We enjoyed the game loft, the WiFi was fast, and the kitchen was stocked with cookware. It was very clean inside. Would visit again!

My husband, son and myself enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean. and the beds were comfy. They had clean towels and wash cloths in both bathrooms. I don’t cook on vacation but I did see they had what you needed if you do. The only thing I would suggest is having something in the shower to put you shampoo, and body wash on but other then that the cabin was great. We love that it felt secluded even though there are other cabins around. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evening, it was so peaceful and quiet.

Welcome quiet
We stayed, during the week, it was a calm and quiet location. In the mornings you could hear a rooster in the far distance and Turkeys gobbling back at them. The view of the mountains was minimal but nice. The location was clean and inviting, with plenty of dishes towels and cooking utensils. When I had questions, i was able to make contact with the owner, and he was quick to respond. We did not see a lot of wild life but caught some trash pandas (raccoons) mischeviously prowling the grounds and digging holes. It was a very lovely stay and would stay there again in the future.

Family Vacation
Took the family and stayed in this cabin for a few nights. Location was really nice, only a 15 minute ride to Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Cabin itself was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that happened was low water pressure for the first 2 nights. The morning of our last day, I walked around the side of cabin and found the water hose that had filled the hot tub, running wide open on the ground. Whoever had filled the hot tub, forget to shut this off. This caused the water pressure in the cabin to be low. I wish I would’ve found that the first day we arrived, but once I cut that off, the water pressure was great. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a good time!

Turkey Day Getaway
We have never been to the Smoky Mountains but friends recommended we check it out since we love the Hocking Hills region of Ohio. We decided to take advantage of our kids' few days off of school to spend a few days in the area. When we arrived we had a moment of panic as it was dark and we could only see the keypad to the right of the door (a key box that is likely for the cleaning crew). We tried our code several times and it didn't work. After calling and messaging the owners we realized there is a keypad ON the door (we didn't see it because it was dark). This was totally our fault BUT the help line and subsequent message from the owners were amazing. The cabin was prefect for our family of 5 (including 3 teens) and the nightly hot tub time was great. The only thing we'd request next time would be more hot tub towels. We only had 4 and there were 5 of us so we used the bath towels. Not a big deal but something to note. We loved Gatlinburg but it was CROWDED. Pigeon Forge reminded us of a non-coastal Ocean City of Virginia Beach. Dollywood was fun but definitely a one-time experience for us. Our fav part was the food in the park :) We stopped at Five Oaks Farm Kitchen for lunch and it was fantastic. Definitely recommend. Our kiddos' fav activity was the Alpine Coaster. I found a Groupon for this & wish I'd gotten them 2 rides because they loved it so much. One note: some reviews mentioned the steep driveway. I'm TERRIFIED of things like this and it wasn't bad at all!

‘Life is Good’ at this well-located Cabin
The cabin is perfectly represented by the listing photos and digital guidebook (supplied after booking). Check in was easy, we had room for our family of 4 to spread out, and the neighborhood was quiet. Despite there being other homes around, the cabin feels very private. It is surrounded by trees and on a hill, so you can’t see anyone from the windows or the hot tub, which is tucked around one corner of the porch (you can see other cabins from the front of porch, but it is quiet). The large windows allowed us to enjoy the beautiful fall leaves throughout the day. The most pleasant surprise was how convenient this cabin is to every activity that makes a Smoky Mountain getaway. We were just a few minutes’ drive from “the strip” in Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and then about. 45min drive from Cade’s Cove (it was a weekday in the fall). Grocery stores & gas stations were about 15min drive away. The house is on well water; we enjoyed the taste. We didn’t have any trouble drawing up baths for the kids or having hot showers. The guidebook lead the way to a great stay. Check out was also made easy. We will definitely recommend this cabin to others as we hated to leave!

Quiet Scenic Stay
We enjoyed our stay! Location was great and the cabin had a great view in a quiet neighborhood. Only bummer was the hot tub wasn't working properly, so we didn't get to enjoy while there - which is one of the reasons we booked the location.

Honeymoon Getaway
We came on our honeymoon. Place was beautiful, exactly what we were looking for. So central to all the things we were planning on doing. Close to the city, yet far enough to feel close with nature. Host was great, communication was too notch. We had a leak which was something the host couldn’t control, but he got it fixed, and it was back up and going! We will stay here again!

Where to start? The cabin was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was situated perfectly. We were far enough from town, but close enough too. The cabin was a quiet retreat from the downtown area. There was something for everyone in our party. I enjoyed the peace and quiet on the wrap around porch each morning. My husband and son loved the arcade table and foosball. My 15 year old could have stayed in the loft all day. Everything was clean and Luke checked on us several times during our stay. They are already planning for "when we come back here". This was by far our favorite vacation rental ever! Thank you, Luke.
