The condo has room for eight guests and has all new furnishings. A new washer and dryer is provided along with a furnished kitchen. Easy trip to Dollywood from the condo. The master and second bedroom have king beds and the other bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Everything about this property was exceptional! The location is central to everything from dining to shopping, but nestled quietly away from the main thoroughfare. Each room was immaculate and comfortable and this was the first property that had plush, comfortable towels that were not white! I will definitely be back during the spring/summer months for another visit!

This condo was perfect for our vacation needs. It was conveniently located (super easy to bypass strip traffic going to Dollywood). Plenty of room for 4 adults and two small children! Very clean and having two king beds and a queen was great! Would definitely stay here again! Great place - great trip!! Will recommend to all our friends!

The condo was in a great location and was excellent! We had plenty of room for myself, my daughter and her family and we all enjoyed our stay very much. Doug was easy to work with and kept me updated as needed. For fun things to do this year we did Pink Jeep Tours to go up in the mountains and Midget wrestling which was a hoot!

Great location. We had 2 elderly parents with us and it was a struggle to climb 5 floors. The elevator was out of order and we were notified the day we arrived. No fault of the owners. If we had someone in a wheelchair or walker / crutches …. Etc. we would have had to find a new place to stay. It all worked out, we planned our days with limited stair use. The owner also waived the cleaning fee

Sweet and Easy
The condo was easy distance from fun and necessities. Close to hiking in the Smokies, a reasonable distance to the Sevierville Conference Center and super close to Walmart. The condo is as very clean and well stocked. The elevator made it easy access for our son in a wheelchair. The balcony overlooks a stream and you can watch the ducks while you relax with your morning coffee. We thought the condo was really quiet and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this condo to someone and we would stay there again.
