You will find 2 common areas available to you at no cost. The meadow pavilion area by the creek has walking trail, dog park, playground, Frisby golf, tether ball, pavilion with picnic tables and a small putting green. Further along N. Clear Fork past the Community Center is the Shagbark swimming pool and large court with tennis, pickle ball, corn hole and basketball with equipment provided.

You will find a master bedroom suite, a second bedroom, game room with a POOL TABLE to enjoy while on vacation and large Great Room with easy on GAS FIREPLACE, a lift recliner and a 3-seat leather couch with 2 recliner ends that are activated with electric buttons. The second full bath is across the hall from the second bedroom and game room. Both baths have a combination tub/shower.
