Located in the Exclusive Resort of Hidden Springs it is within minutes to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge. Walk in to this cozy cabin with an open concept living. Living room has a fireplace and sleeper sofa for guests to enjoy and looks out to the back porch to enjoy the wooded mountain scenery downstairs also features a bedroom, full bathroom, and washer and dryer. Then take a walk upstairs to find another bedroom, bathroom and head to relax on the upper deck and enjoy the view, the open loft has a large tub to relax in. This cabin has everything to make your vacation relaxing.

Great little cabin
We enjoyed our stay. It was away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to stores and such. Just a few minutes away from Dollywood. I would stay here again.

Nice Cabin
The cabin was very clean and comfortable inside. Unfortunately, because we were here for college tours in and around East TN., most of our time here was only a late night snack and sleeping. Would love to have had a little time to really slow down and relax here. Loved the table video game console. Let me me know if you beat my high score on Pac-Man.

Comfortable and convenient
The cabin was cozy, clean and well equipped. The Christmas tree was a very nice touch. Only suggestion I would have is to add some instructions on operating the fireplace. Note: the switch to turn on is behind the TV! Enjoyed our stay!

Cabin was awesome. Hate never could get the fireplace to work. The lady I talked to had the cabins mixed up when she sent me a picture of a switch for the fireplce wrong cabin. I sent her a picture of the fireplace she never got back with me. But would stay there again. Beautiful cabin clean

Escape from reality
We wanted to take the parents on a respite to get away from the reality of all the health challenges they faced this year. We couldn’t do much in town due to their limited mobility but were able to take in the sights of a very busy Saturday with gorgeous weather. This cabin was perfect for trip- easy access, comfortable, roomy, close to town but far enough away. We especially enjoyed the fireplace in the evening. This may be their last adventure to the Smokies and they really enjoyed it.

The cabin was very clean and in a convenient location. Our gate code didn’t work and our host did not respond to email until the next day. Thankfully another visitor let us in and we asked for a code from someone doing construction. We couldn’t get the fireplace to work and when I emailed the host to ask if there was a trick for the fireplace, he didn’t respond. There was not a manual available that I could find in the cabin about rules, area eateries, checkout instructions, etc. the bed on the main level ( the only bed we used) was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept on. We decided to leave a night early.

Great little getaway!
The cabin was really cute with fully stocked kitchen and even an icemaker in the fridge, nice dining & living room areas. We loved relaxing in the hot tub each evening! The cabin was conveniently located near lots of various attractions. There were only two of us but could easily accommodate 6, as long as two don't mind sleeping in bunk beds in the open loft area (would be great for kids). We love the gated community so there weren't any stragglers wandering around. This would not be a place for someone wheelchair-bound or unsteady gait as the driveway was very sloped. Downfalls were the air hockey table only had 1 puck so unable to kick my fiance's butt as planned (lol). The downstairs bathroom had clogged sink drain (full of hair), the towel bar and tp holder were broke off the wall and found in the cabinet under the sink. We could intermittently smell raw sewage when sitting on the deck (one of the neighboring cabins must have a leak). We were also unable to open the lid on the trash bin but only had one bag so we placed in next door cabin's trash bin. Overall, nice little cabin. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice Close to Dollywood Property
Very clean and spacious propery. Very nice amenities in the woods. We had a hiccup with the check-in processes, because we didn't get any information until less than 24 hours beforehand. There were multiple contact numbers, which was confusing so a direct number should be provided when booking the property. Nevertheless, it worked out and everyone was really polite. Suggestions: there could be extra toilet paper, paper towels, towels, silicone spatula, and some basic necessities like oil, salt and pepper available for guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back to use the same cabin in the future, especially since it was conveniently located behind Dollywood!

Peaceful property close to Dollywood
I would rate this place 4.5 out of 5. Property was cleaned well. We thought it was in a peaceful and safe location not far from area attractions. The property had enough space for families but wasn't too big for just a few people. The outdoor deck space was nice. The property does need some updates in terms of the larger bed downstairs(this might have been me being overpicky but i chose to use the couch instead). Also the bathroom toilet paper holder, soap pump, and the water tap outside on the deck(we didn’t use it but it was leaking) all needed fixing or replacing. We did not use the wifi we tried to watch streaming services but they would not load so we were unable to watch anything but youtube on the television. Overall I reccomend this property to others.

Upstairs bathroom had a used roll of toilet paper & a half used conditioner. Main bathroom toilet lid had something nasty on it & the toilet holder wouldn’t stay on the roll. Dirty dishes all in the cabinets. Dust all over the house. Busted door frames. Air hockey only had 1 pusher. Hot tub was extremely foamy. It smelt like sewage outside during our entire stay. Cleaners came around 10:40ish when we were packing out trying to rush us.

The cabin was very clean, comfortable beds, quiet location. We enjoyed the hot tub and the arcade (ms pacman is my favorite!). This was a short trip for us and I wish we could have stayed longer. I do recommend this cabin.
